I am talking past tense of coarse.Other dogs were present to help enter this young 12 month old dog to quarry.

Well I found a good home for the bitch in classifides and was now looking for a dog to take its place.I got in contact with turk off this forum and luckily he knew of a dog from his breeding that would suit me.We also agreed to take the dogs out and give them a run just to see what the dog was made of.Having already got a dog from turks breeding Ime sure I would be happy but we invited ourselves onto Royston2 permission anyway. :11:

If I was looking for a Bull headed smooth pup I would look under patterdales.Rough straight legged fell,something a bit more typey lakeland. Might not be the most accurate way but its a place to start. -

As they are so small and fast I would recommend quite a bit of leed and quite a tight choke. :11:

She will take fox also on the lamp(before the ban).But as Kye said she is small and sometimes needs the help of a bigger dog to finnish the fox cleanly.

She worked well with the terriers putting atleast one of these to ground and holding the mark till we got there

3/4 Grey 1/4 Bedlington quite sought after I would think IMHO definatly one of the easiest types to enter to quarry.

I didnt mean to knock you LB you do a grand job I apologise.But no one can guarantee the twists and turns in life and no one can guarantee where a dog will end its days.This woman has probably spent a lot of time in anguish as what to do with her late husbands pride and joy it is not for us to judge.

I dont have 14 dogs.I only have a few there are only a couple of people I would want my dogs to go to,if they couldnt have them my family know to have my dogs destroyed.Perhaps the woman would rather see these dogs dead than see them used as footballs in the future.

Was a bit bored this afternoon so went through my edrd collection I am missing a few and was going to ask if anybody had spare copys.Any way these old copys of photos fell out and it took me back a few years.

I had to reholm the brown one due to them ripping each other to bits. Only use the black one for bushing and ratting, bit head strong but a good worker. FLOYD That turned into a smart looking dog,IMHO tail could do with a bit more lengh but thats just my preferance for what its worth.You say you just use him for a spot of rabbiting and ratting,but has he shown any intrest in going to ground and how is his brother doing is he doing any work.Only wondering as I seem to remember you putting pics up of pups on the old smoochers.
