  1. my poor old hob knoby looks so miserable in his batchelor pad i know it wont be forever any advice apart from geting him a friend he really misis his girls , he doesnt even know how to make a proper nest lol

  3. What colour are the other kits? Sandy or Silver? Try using an albno hob that has been bred from albino parents. What difference will that make, an albino is an albino, no matter what colour it's parents were. It will make a difference in the colour of the kits it throws. No it won't, the albino gene is recessive to all other colours, meaning the albino can't possibly carry any other colour genes. So one albino is exactly the same as the next when it comes to breeding for colour. i used to have a sandy hob whos mother was an albino the litter was mixed

  5. bad one nothing worse we did a school on saturday that backs on to a golf course someone has permision already on the golf course but thats ok beause most of em come and go on the school from the golf course , the groundsman said someone used to do it but judjing by the numbers we were geting they didnt do it very well still a real downer when someones helping themselves to your permision
  6. i know theres lots of difrent methods from byegon years but as the title says it was an infestation of tiny ones, if it was just one or two big uns would of got the tick hook out i think the bottle of frontline was a smart investment as it will last me next season as well for all my ferrets, and besides all tiks are now gone, heads and all with minimum stres to the ferrets

  8. yes i got the bottle of spray like said will last for ages, where we were ferreting last sunday there was a lot of deer around there prolific for ticks
  9. had the same meself yesterday as said reabsorbing due to cold lak of food,or poss an egtopic tipe pregnancy it had another set ready to go

  11. i googled it didnt find to much about it but found a couple of things basically its suposed to make the jills eggs drop found out alot of stuff ie sniped hobs phantom pregnancys .

  13. the vet said we can do it but then he said you can do it yoursef using a toothbrush i said does it need to be an electric one
  14. gave my ferrets a good go over this morning found alot of little ticks so went the vets got frontline spray masaged it into them with plastic gloves from the chemist hope it gets rid of um anyone else used the frontline spray what the results like cheers
