  1. there you go why not get yourself one for next spring, my hob knobby will be geting done come the autumn , will be using a hob off me mate over one of my jills keep a jill or two back then thats that sorted, next year knobby the hoby still gets his oats and no vets for jabs, although have yet to experience a phantom pregnancy in ferrets.

  5. i picked up a lurcher two weaks ago hed be about 9 months old now and to me his muscles just look to well defined for his age, dont know his breeding but hes definatlly got whipet an some saluki , what trouble or problems may arise as he matures if he has bull in him , is there any ways of telling if he has bull blood ie behaviour , was the introduction of bull blood medalling? cheers j will put up some pics tomorow

  7. nice work how do you get the bow back if u dont mind me asking do you have to soak the ply in water then let it dry , do you use wood inside to fix it together or not and could you sit on one for a brew cheers j hi mate the bow back is where the 3mm ply goes no need to soak and when there all pinned and glued togather there plenty strong enthough to sit on dont supose you could put up a pic of the inside of one could you cheers

  10. good amount of holes there we did a school a few weeks back they werent scared of humans you could walk them back to the burrows , but once they went below ground they bolted quick enough with my jill behind them

  13. yes can be done you will probally get a few replies saying diferent thingsbut im also braking dogs to ferrets , and as someone said breaking ferrets to dogs more the point. yes would be best when both are young , gradually slowly bit at a time one bloke said to me house them together in the shed they will soon get bored of each other .obviosly not running free and dont trust em when your not there , we broke our lurcher to the tortoise the other day but they dont move that fast at this time of year unlike a ferret
  14. a ferret can extract alot of stuff its missing out on ie vitamins iron and stuff from the guts even from the sh?t bag once in a while

  17. i like to chop the bunnys up into smal pieces with a meat clever then they dont hide it in there hutch , and they get some ofal when im guting , ferret biscuits and fowl and what ever else comes along, try to steer clear of to much red meat from the butchers , you dont see stoats weasels and polecats taking out to many cattle.on them wildlife documentrys

  20. Don't want to pee on anybody,s chips but research shows that albino ferrets have genetic proplems which effects both their sight and hearing, so they're not quite the same. what you meen they cant see in the dark
  21. ah the old shed theres plenty to be getting on with this year for me to , i rekon im with my girlfreind as she has a good shed when we move to our new place sheds will be top of the priority list she said make sure its big enuf to fit your bed in , i said if its got electric no prrobs

  24. well me an marshie had ou last outing today it was [bANNED TEXT] windy took ages to bolt um , young pinkies below i think two rabbits when gutted were poducing milk lucky to get our ferrets back i think seeings as we dont have locatos til next season, bolted a rat out of a compost heap , then the next set it poped out again then back down another hole calm as you like, shame we didnt have a dog there 6 bolted 5 in the bag, a twig prevented a net from pursing one bludy twig ,well got all summer now to bring the dogs on get them spot on with the ferrets there will be no loses come next season ,
