  1. have you ever heard of a dog trailer? a lot easier towed and stowed than a caravan.
  2. the ddb normally lives a short life of around 6-7 years, usually a 1 handler dog too. quite the buy by the sounds of it
  3. how is this hatsan/escort going? i'm going to buy a cheap 12g 3 shot semi auto soon, purely as a working tool, and the hatsan seems to fit the scene, synthetic stock, multi choke and cheap. i currently do most of my shooting with a 20g beretta al391, but find rfd's lacking in cartridges they stock, normally only have 4-7's. 25-30gram i'd like to have a few 0's, 4's and 7 1/2's on my cartridge belt when out shooting at this time of year, 0 for fox, 4 for duck and rabbits and 7 1/2 for pigeons, 28-40grams
  4. Has anyone got any views on savage rifles. They seem to be very good value, have a good name across the pond for accuracy, if i was considering getting c/f again i'd look at them.
  5. that is the biggest load of wank. stealing is stealing, only dirty c**ts steal, reguardless who owns the thing being taken. i hope you don't hunt because you condone thieving, giving decent lads like me a bad name, farmers don't trust lurcher lads because of attitudes like yours, and having gear stolen from their farms. muppet
  6. bunch of wankers, why anybody thinks stealing of any type is acceptable is madness. robbing from a shop is ok, robbing a cash in transit van is ok, paying to get a shoplifting kid out of trouble is ok. but stealing a working ferret etc is death worthy. you might see stealing from a shop as victim less, but its not. theres a lot of shit talked on here by dickheads, if my kid ever stole i'd kick them up and down the road.
  7. If you have a dog that you want to hunt with this week or last week then work with the moon. I.e make the most of it or stay at home.
  8. boiled fishing line, super glue and savlon spray or detol. i've fixed myself up with these, never mind dogs
  9. Admitted to " setting" their dogs on cats in housing estate. Neighbours dobbed them in for being a nuisance
  10. Get f****d!!! Lol better still, get f****d, you english mong yeah lab you english mong............ Surely he ment Chid!!! maybe he did lol i neither know nor care about all that shite.........so ill just keep it in my mind he was calling you an english mong........... chid is english, comes over here and starts spouting secterian hatred. "orangeism isn't his heritage" hes just being a wanker.
  11. Get f****d!!! Lol better still, get f****d, you english mong
  12. if you got fingered or tongued in the arse by a celebrity when you were 12 years old, you deserve to see justice done. i lent savile my gundog, the b*****d broke its back trying to load it
  13. Rabbit for the ferts is still meat prep. Surely it can't be good for an animal To ingest certain oils.
  14. i've a eka swede 8, which is a folder, i use it for pretty much all tasks. i have numerous fixed bladed knives, but i always seem to pick up the eka. its handy kept sharp. p.s why the hell are you lads using gun oil on a knife that you use for meat prep? i'm guessing it has a taste which will taint the meat. cooking oil will do the same job for the carbon blades.

    5 Facts

have you got any ferret badger facts.
  16. follow your dreams, but don't get ripped off. that left hand drive bedford is way over priced, i've seen them for sale direct from uk mod for £3-4000. tiny miles. £6000 would do a lot of fancy camper conversion work.
  17. New trend. Haha. I'd blame people taking pot shot's with rifle and boys with crap dogs. They just wise foxs up too fast. Trying to be the big lad is huge problem
  18. sounds like a major result for the farmer on the pest scene, but terrible news for your sporting pleasure.
  19. Wouldn't have a baikal u/o unless it's a rifle
  20. Pocket depth, quarry or sport. All make a big difference
  21. i wonder if any foreign nationals have applied for a permit for 22wmr. With chosen quarry of swan and badger.
  22. Lightest 223 I ever held was browning a-bolt. I prefer rimfire rifles, 1) 16" barrels 2) £30 silencers 3) barrel twist rates are the same for most models 4) ammo is cheap
  23. I have a cz 17 hmr with 16" barrel. Its far lighter than any 223 I've had my hands on
  24. You lads are f**k wits. Do you read the posts or just guess its contents. 1) this WON'T be used for fox 2) I don't want a c/f (centrefire) as they tend to be heavy. Maybe I'm bit out on cartridge energy. But at least its something I said
