I like this 1 An elderly couple is enjoying an anniversary dinner together in a small town. The husband leans over and asks his wife, "Do you remember the first time we had sex together over fifty years ago? We went behind this tavern where you leaned against the fence and I made love to you." Yes," she says, "I remember it well." OK," he says, "how about taking a stroll round there again and we can do it for old time's sake? "Oooooooh Henry, you devil, that sounds like a good idea," she answers. There's a police officer sitting in the next booth listening to all this, having a chu

Norton is like a plant root, it roots itself deep into your computers system and files so that any changes that a virus might try are caught and once this happens the location of the virus is also determined allowing it to be deleted or quarantined. The downside to all of this is that it uses a lot of system resources and the anti virus program itself can be a right pain to uninstall should the situation arise. cheers Callum

I have some cci copper coated bullets at the moment. Old stock my RFD gave me as he had run out of bullets! They were the best subs that l have put through my semi auto so far! I don't think my gun likes lead bullets as most of them have a wax coating for some reason that clogs up the internals of my gun as when a round is fed into the chamber the wax is scraped off which leads to jams and misfires. I found that copper coated bullets are the cleanest so l mostly use Federal high velocity bullets but would love to source more copper coated subsonic bullets. cheers Callum

Been there twice! Actually thought it was fantastic. Can't argue with 40 pence for 500ml beer bottles and l found the shish kebabs absolutely addictive! Only downside is Scottish whisky cost over £6 per dram. cheers Callum

Helping someone get started ...and the law
mangy1983 replied to subwoofer's topic in Rimfire, Centrefire & Shotguns
Thanks, after you mentioned this I was able to find this document.... http://www.basc.org....87529F5D17C4E2F ....which seems to clear it up nicely. Being asked to clear vermin for the land owner I am their 'servant' in this undertaking and will of course check with them that they are happy for me to supervise someone else shooting on their land. No problem l only learnt about it myself this month from Stubby's topic on this forum. Here the link to it FAC application was it legal or not. You might get more information from it. Cheers Callum -
My Lee loading guide is pretty confusing when stating the maximum OAL. Under the diagram of the bullet it states that the maximum OAL should be 2.260 inches whereas in the loading information area it states larger minimum OAL's than the maximum OAL under the diagram. Am I missing something or is there a mistake in the Lee loading guide. Cheers Callum

To speed up your laptop there are a few system options you can do as well Increase your virtual memory (although you will have to have some hard drive space for this) Defragment your computers partitions every month or so as this can speed up the amount of time it takes for your comp to open files. you can change your windows visual settings to the basic option by going into your Control Panel=>System menu and it is in one of the tabs (this switches off all the fancy visuals that can be found in newer OS therefore leaving more

I watched a program about seafood on BBC 3 a while back where they went to Japan. All these whales they cull in the name of science end up for sale as meat. The problem is it doesn't sell very well, the general population isn't interested. They've got government posters up everywhere telling the population to eat whale and respect their customs & traditions. The presenter was hesitant to taste a bit out of guilt, but after he did, he said it was probably the best thing he'd ever tasted from the sea..... Was that the one were he was saying there is tons of whale meat stored aw

I heard a cracker from a few years back about two coppers sitting in their patrol car in a lay-by in the dark on a country road when they heard a huge roar and the speed gun installed behind the windscreen showed a speed of 180mph! Trouble was the cops never seen anything! After a search they caught two RAF pilots in a Porsche 911 wearing night vision goggles. Thought it was pretty funny myself cheers Callum
