  1. I recently took the open sights of my Winchester Model 70 and am now looking for somewhere to buy plug screws for the remaining holes but the only place l could find them was here at Midway and l am also not very sure what size to get... Any ideas? cheers Callum
  2. Think this is the one you are looking for mate going by your location http://www.cheshire.police.uk/idoc.ashx?docid=21f6d0ce-c34d-4b6a-9349-69ab1b08ed80&version=-1 cheers Callum
  3. Don't know if this will help you or not: http://www.dunoonanddistrict-ctc.com/transfer_form.pdf I have a transfer form l could post up here as a picture but its got Northern Constabulary written on the top of it so not sure this is for you. The one on the link does not have a force attached to it so hopefully this will do. cheers Callum
  4. Do you mean you need an actual transfer form? cheers Callum
  5. The only reason I emailed it was that I noticed my RFD faxing the forms to the firearms department both times I received my rifles from him. I asked him if that was a valid form of delivery and he said yes so then l asked him if he thought if l would be okay emailing them to the firearms department and he couldn't see anything wrong with it. Both times l emailed the form to them l made sure that l was asking them the question if this was an okay form of delivery and they emailed me back both times okaying it so if anything were to go wrong they would have a problem denying it when l have kept
  6. Spoken like a true Scotsman!!! I expected that but if the technology is there and your force is okay with it why not use it cheers Callum
  7. I've actually emailed my transfer forms to them twice (both times were for silencers) and asked if this was an okay form of delivery and if not to tell me asap so that l could send them the form by P&P but they told me both times that this was an okay form of delivery. I find this easier because sometimes l forget to send the form for a number of days and email is usually instantaneous and it saves me the cost of a postage stamp cheers Callum
  8. It wasn't me that experienced this but it is a strange one never the less. A woman was driving from one village to the next on my island when a rabbit fell from the sky and landed on her bonnet. She braked hard in shock wondering what had hit her when she received a second shock. A golden eagle dived down to retrieve the rabbit it had just dropped! A tall tale or true l don't know but funny story never the less! cheers Callum
  9. I got .22rf and .223 centre fire on my first go but different forces will have different guidelines on what they will allow and if you have previous experience on firearms as well it will be to your advantage. cheers Callum
  10. If you shop on Ebay some good deals can be found there and some good spec refurbished laptops can be gotten there for £200 or so with warranty I would say the standard spec for laptops at the moment are: 2Ghz Core 2 Duo Intel Processor 2 Gb of memory Hard drive capacity should be around 40Gb + and for all you require for Word etc internal graphics should be ok I bought a refurbished Dell gaming laptop for £1200 which would have normally cost around £1800 3 or 4 years ago and the processor spec and memory spec from above were the dogs b0110cks then but now they are the standard
  11. Amazing stunts! cheers Callum
  12. I just purchased an Ase Utra Jet Z moderator last month so l can definitely recommend one as l am most impressed with the sound reduction and it is a very well made can. It made my .223 sound like an unmoderated rim fire maybe even slightly less! I can also recommend a Harris bi pod as I have owned one for nearly eight years, first on my air rifle and now the same one on my centre fire and believe you me it has taken some abuse over the years and it still in working condition so l can definitely recommend one. A Tikka T3 was my second choice for a Winchester Model 70 last year when l w
  13. If your looking for something light l couldn't recomment a Tiablo Ace 10 G 320 Lumen gun mounted LED Flashlight enough. I bought this two weeks agoand it is a cracker. Review here: and I bought mine here. cheers Callum
  14. Same as above but check your bullet +/- physically as well by placing targets at the ranges mentioned above as l found ballistic calculators aren't always exact cheers Callum

    Music

Too true As far as l'm concerned Lynyrd Skynyrd died in 77 when Ronnie Van Zant and Steve Gaines died in the plane crash... A tragedy to music and the band as a whole, I often wonder about what great music they would have written and performed if they hadn't gotten on that plane with them two goof ball pilots who let the plane run out of fuel! cheers Callum
  16. Gotta agree, that's why l love living on the Isle of Lewis, one of the remotest places in Britain cheers Callum Its no secret now is it callum, i am sure your neighbours will love, when your over-run with these cuunts, dumb fuuk look what happend to us once we give the cuunts a wave. Aye but that's the thing there's so little in the way of anything where l live that l doubt they will ever want to come here! H3ll most of the young people from here move away to uni or college and once they get a taste of the mainland they never come back! The only people moving here from the ma

  20. Just goes to show how the antis are taking control: Reminds me of something that boiled my blood last week : On the Isle of Lewis every August a select few from the Ness district head out to the remote island of Sula sgeir to harvest up to a max of 2000 gannet chicks for human consumption. The fact that the antis claim that the gannets are whacked over the head a few times to kill each chick is quite funny as it is always a select few locals and not anyone unknown to the isles that go out there to harvest these chicks so how would any antis know how it is done. Thankfully the Scottish

  25. Just found on Ebay inovatech's tiablo scope mounted led light Kenny quiet cheap if not a steal http://cgi.ebay.co.u...#ht_2341wt_1139 cheers Callum A lot bloody cheaper than qouted in the magazine!! The photo of the one on test had a longer body though. Not sure if it's the same model that can be used with either one or two batteries. According to the company that is selling them on Ebay it can take one or two batteries. I had to check as I thought the Ebay ad not very clear as l wasn't too sure if it was a spare part or not but heres the actual product for sale
