Not keen on pills that mess with your brain. My missus took them and it did work but she said she felt a bit wierd

Yeh its for my health mainly. I'm asthmatic so it is a bit stupid to smoke anyway and I take pills for my stomach which is made worse by smoking and drinking. Give it a few more weeks and I'll turn in to one of those annoying anti smokers...."You smoke I choke"

Haven't beaten the wife/kids/dog yet and so far it's been fairly easy which is weird because the last time I was a stressed out nightmare. I'm on the patches and this time decided not to throw out my tobacco because I figured that not having them would make me want it more. In the first week I would have a smoke if I really wanted one but since I'm wearing the patches I don't get anything from them...its just the habit. The last week I've hardly touched a fag and on the rare occasion I did I binned it after the first or second puff as they taste like shyte. Also gave up the booze about

She was off the lead. She only ever wants to sniff things and mind her own business, then this numptie's dog just charged over and started. I've got a can of compressed air for those kind of situations, not had to use it because no doubt like your missus I don't want confrontation with people but I've had that happens few times and the last time the dog got a boot in the ribs. You've just got to push them in the right direction rather than tell them what not to do. Find something better for him to do on that friday i.e. take him out with you...there's always a way to do it nicely without turning them in to a racist. But in the end if you live somewhere where you are in the minority I'd just move somewhere else mate. No amount of money or a shorter travel time to work is worth bringing your kids up in a multicultural cesspit. -

I think firstly you should let your dog off the lead, it will look after it's self (I dont mean fighting) but it can escape etc if it wants. Keeping it on the lead might increase the tension in your dog and make things even worse. Last thing you want to do is stick your hands anywhere near them pulling them off etc.

Because they're idiots Graham, this is tabloid radio. Look at what tabloid newspapers have done, with that dead childs phone etc. all for a bit of money and all!
