  6. Hi Elliot. Im fotunate to shoot both .177 and .22 On a personal note, I much prefer the .22 for hunting, but do occassionaly pick up the .177 Its a very personal choice and preference, what suits one, will not suit another. Easy answer is........work hard on the missus........and get both ATB. Bill.
  7. Hi Buddy. Theres the difference mate, if your standing, kneeling, most of the time, then maybe you wouldnt reep the beniffits of the swivel head as much, or need it. Most of mine is in the prone static position, so I really notice the difference. Give one a go one day if you can Darryl, much nicer control of the rifle ATB. Bill.
  8. Hi Darryl. Cant beat them for price thats for sure Im in the market for another Bipod, and had a look at the link you put up. Does not mention swivel head After shooting with both types, I would never shoot off a fixed head Bipod again Was yours a swivel mate? ATB. Bill.
  9. Hi Gary. A few is better than nowt mate. They could proberbly smell the salt n vinegar........and hear the mushy peas ATB. Bill.
  10. Hi Darryl and Gary. brilliant pictures, first class that like. Like the one with Gary stood up to the wall, rifle shouldered. Looks like the sunset in a muzzle flash......very clever use of SP....good job. ATB. Bill.

  16. Hi Mikey. Stunning rifle mate, looks verrryyyyy nice indeed. Hope you do smash your PB, and clear the course Bill.
  17. Hi Kevin. Loads to try Been using Daystate .177H 10.25grn very well made, decent skirts, little damaged per tin. Just another choice to mull over. If you PM me your address Ill send you a few up to try Bill.
  18. Hi gravel. Be worth getting a chrono first before you attempt any tuning. In the first place, you dont know what they are putting out now, and if you attempt to turn them down, you wont have a clue on that either, not worth leaving it to chance mate. You can pick one up for about £40, you and your mate go halves, and jobs a goodun. ATB. Bill.
  19. Hi Tony. The Harris Bipods are nice, but which ever one you buy, it would be very worth your while considering a swiveling head type Swivel head will tilt from left to right, making for a comfortable and level shot. 9/13 inch is a nice size, gets you over some of the longish grass, also with the adjustable legs, you can adjust to level the rifle on some pretty rough or uneven ground. Good luck with your choices. Bill.
  20. Hi Shay. Sorry to hear about the problems with your new van mate, never rains but it poors eghh Glad you have it fixed and that Brenden is ok Nice shooting there, and some good pictures too, van looks very tidy. ATB. Bill.
  21. I don't know any details of your friend's gun and the story surrounding it but if you have any warranty issues then you can get in touch with me, I will sort them out and settle up with Tench. He has not had a working computer for ages, which does not help. I think it is getting sorted soon, which will improve the lines of communication. Hi Darrin. My friend asked for the rifle to be sent to John Bowkett in the end, which Simon did. Communication was the thing that was causing the most problems, Simon could not be reached by computer or phone. Hope he gets it all sorted so
  22. Hi Si. Good effort to all those concerend Please put me down on the list for two copies. Wish you luck and success with it mate. ATB. Bill.
