A masterpice of shooting engineering, a stalwart of airgunnung history. I wish you well with your search, but alas, your quest is a hard rock to turn. You could always buy another one I suppose I feel for your loss ATB. Bill.

  5. Hi Peter and Adam. Well, first off have a well deserved SP for a terrific post, and pictures, thanks for sharing I can see why you are both excited, what a stunning permission that is. Nice wooded areas too, and managed, cant get better than that. You are both very lucky and will no doubt have some fun filled and great hunting there together. 6. Hi Jai. The Ultra would be a great choice mate, cracking rifle and very accurate. Best to go along and shoulder one, see how you feel with it. At 6ft odd you may bennifit from adding a butt spacer or two, best sorted in the shop. Always the choice of having it regd too, increase the shot count and consistancy. Mines a .22 regd and set at 11.30 which is perfect for me, she lives on a diet of AA Fields 16grn 5.52s. From a 230 Bar charge I get about 70 shots before she starts to drop off the reg. Be sure to put a Twink moderator on her too. Great rifle ATB. Bill.

  11. He's got all the time in the world now from what I heard at the THL meet. Well apparently he has for the next 15 years anyway! I'm not 100% sure but isn't he "busy doin' nowt at her majesty's pleasure"? Tony Hi Tony. I hope that is not the case mate. I know he had a spot of bother, but did not realise it was quite as bad as your saying, or have heard it might be. I thought the new fitters he trained was to help with the quantity of work, and get the turn around times looking better, at the same time, keeping his customers happy, and not to cover a possible absenc
  12. Hi Villaman. Simon ( Tench ) has been a busy man over the past few months. His work load was huge, and he was struggling to cope on turn around times. Plus he was preparing for the HFT worlds. He has now trained other people to fit his regs, this will be benificial to everyone. As already mentioned XTX is one of them. If you visit http://bsaog.co.uk/forum/index.php?topic=7105.0 you will read about it and find out more. Also have a look in the Ultra section for some good info also. Bill.
