  1. An air leak could be one of many things but possibly the easiest thing for you to try is the O ring on the end of the bolt which pushes the pellet into the barrel and seals up the breech. Check for cracks splits etc and replace if necessary! Darryl

  4. You should still be covered under the consumer act mate a FULL refund has to be given if the good arent doing what theyre designed to do. On your next visit if you still cant reason with him just mention the consumer rights act and trading standards, I think he may see reason! Then name and shame him on here for bad customer service so noone else gets stung! Darryl

As Tony said already try and get out with someone who has a "pedigree" in lamping thats the best way to learn, if thats not possible then try the following..... Buy secondhand to start with then if you dont like it you can sell it on for roughly what you bought it for, if you buy new you'll never get the price back you paid!   20. You mean to say you didn't take it apart???? Mate I thought that would have been the first thing you'd have done. No only would it have given you access to see if there was any damage to any internal parts such as the spring and piston washer but it would also allow you to degrease, clean, polish and regrease properly ensuring a proper working rifle.   22. It's an original S10 stock thats been modified mate.... it has.... Comb overhang on right side undercut more to match MkIII type profile. Thumb groove added for improved trigger control. Finger grooves added to forestock. Cutaway for trigger hand thumb heel deepened. Front of fore end angle cut Darryl
