    yeh paul, i know prob well bred and looked after well, but £ 150 is a fair price for lurchers. After all they are only mongrels (x breeds) and there is few in the litter so he as few quid of them i suppose you might pay alot for coursing dog, which are x breeds really but bred for 1 job, but average lurcher £ 150 is plenty.!! surely a lurcher should command a higher price seen as it does a job? what does a pedigree pet dog do, sit around all day. if you had to shell out £300 they might be more looked after. still think its deer though/

    i know desosect is only licenced for horses, but while at college our tutor used it on her hens, said it was the only stuff that worked. didnt pay much attention on how to use it though, just sprayed it on a bit, didnt like her hens how long do i have to use it for, where do i spray, does it kill on contact or go through the whole body and kill the mites? what is meat and egg withdrawl period? cheers

    i have a dead game asil hen that will attack any other hen, i put some chicks i was planning on culling in her pen to see her reaction, as ive heard a tale of hens adopting chicks, she just ignored them, but she will kill herself the other hen of she gets in a fight. good to hear your shamo got some chicks charlie
