  5. Hello sorry about the bad news there are plenty of ideas for fundraising, if you check different charity websites like heart foundation, macmillan, anzeimers etc they do lots of options on how to raise money, you dont have to raise money for that charity cause it says on their website it just will give you a few ideas. Me and a few mates did the 11 mile macmillan walk the other week and the night before we went out in fancy dress with a bucket and hit the pubs and we had a good response, we also took the bucket along with us on the walk and fair play we had people stopping us at bus stops or

  10. my uncle used to dig a trench at the bottom of the garden and throw basically anything down there from banana skins to wall paste lol but cats will have a munch on the paste as i have been told its made with fish - whether thats true i dont know. but anything that would rot would go in there, then later on he would add some compost and mix it into the growing patch. He would also get a bucket and put some horse or cow manuer in with some water and mix it every day its not a pleasant smell really does open ur lungs up but fair play ill give it to him the things that grew in that garden came pre
  11. Ive tried a few of the seeds from lidls and theyre crap !! This year i think the only thing that has grown from seed is the radish, i think ill try and buy some next year already started saves wasting pennies on seeds and then in the end buying a plant already started. My old landlord who was really big into his gardening took alot of the seeds from the waste like chillis peppers peel plum tomatoe etc from the food he was cooking and said he had a better turn out than the packeted seeds so i have tried that and peel plum tomatoes, chilli peppers and chillis have come well only trouble im havin

  21. I honestly think further action should be taken against people who let their dogs get to the obese stage, its not fair on the dog and it isnt really the dogs fault its the owner to blame for the health of the dog. Im looking after a dog for someone for the next 2 weeks and its suppose to be a collie whippet greyhound its more like a lurcher head with a bloody bull mastiff body. You tell them the dog is extremely over weight and they say i dont understand it she goes for a walk on the lead 3x a time and plays with another dog for 10-20 mins but people dont understand its not walking on a le
  22. mouth is watering! Pigeon spring rolls are my favourite
  23. I think alot more people should experiement with rabbit more cause you can make a good tasty meal with the meat. I understand the price of a young rabbit puts alot of people off buying them as at a local butchers to me they want £6 a rabbit and its not fully grown so it is quite expensive for some people which is a shame really. River cottage on TV are trying new recipes in the series to try and get rabbit back onto the menu as i remember them making Bunny Burgers on a burger van haha
  24. Never tried that yet Miss R. Must give it a go You should try it its real nice
