Going on Polecats pics, definitely a female. The sparrowhawks arrived a few year ago now. We did remark on them at the time. If the songbirds were doing well then, they're doing better now with all the maggies and greycrows we've removed.

You can, another company make them, hang on I'll check where I got my extra full from. Garlands sell Trulock Precision Hunter chokes which will fit an MP-153. I've used and like them! Mine were something like £22 each when I bought them.
