What’s changed is the ability of lads who once upon a time would have bought an old transit and gone out doing scrap or cleaning windows or set up a market stall to be able to do those things and be left alone ! Those lads, the lads who a percentage of turn into your next wealthy local lad who does things in his community and is an example for others with similar backgrounds are not wanted ! Its an ocean of red tape and taxes and fines, they are dead before they start…..all the state wants is people in a 9 to 5, earning a set amount and shovelling the lot over to the government

Over the years I employed many of the these type of lads who nobody wants, lads who had been on the dole, involved in petty crime, smoked weed all day, come from fractured homes or bad situations…..I can count the “culls” on one hand. See I’m a nobody, but I told these lads from the get go “you don’t have to be what everyone thinks you are” I showed them that when they earned respect they got it and those who didn’t deserve it got told to f**k off, I watched these lads grow as men…..all it needed was someone to believe in them, give them a bit of guidance, talk to them and treat them

I’m afraid I don’t agree mate. Now, while I wouldn’t wish physical harm on anybody these people like Sandy should have been driven out of our communities and our society’s, their lives should have been made unliveable !…..they should have been shunned and alienated everywhere they went ! These people have literally murdered our nation ! …….what does that deserve ?, I’d say being made outcast is getting off pretty mild.

I agree, many of us in the south didn’t realise the significance of killing those communities at the time….its only now lads like me can reflect and realise we were f***ing stupid not to support the miners.

Fair enough mate, I know loads of people who do that but personally I don’t see the point….may as well have no alcohol as have one, that’s just my opinion of course. But I suppose having been a non drinker for so long I don’t understand “having to have a beer” My mother in law does it, she will be “oh I can just have one G&T or glass of wine” ?…..why would you even bother is my way of looking at it.

No, as in got in a motor knowingly a bit wonky, never ! Now, like everyone I’ve been on weekend benders, finished up Sunday evening and got in a motor 6am Monday morning so I suppose technically it’s still in your system and that counts. But I packed up drinking altogether at 24 and that was totally because I had a home, a business, a mrs and had to be right every single day from very early to very late…..that and drink don’t make good bed fellows and if you add loosing your license that would have been a disaster. It’s been a strange one seeing two different cultures attitude to drink driving. Id be very anti drink driving like the majority of people I ever knew in the U.K. Here in my part of rural Ireland it’s regarded as no big deal, like it’s normal ! When I spout my anti drink driving opinion they just give you a strange look and say “How else can we get to and from the pub ?” Like I’m talking utter madness ! It really is f***ing howling but regarded as nothing here !

No, I’m afraid not, it’s way more serious than that and massively does Blair a disservice……yes post 1948 they were a bunch of shit c**ts looking to sell us down the river, but what Blair has done is immense and unique and couldn’t even have been contemplated by anyone else. To try and give it some context, what we face as British people in Britain is the equivalent of us having to invade France, get rid of all the French people and turn it into 1950s/1960s Britain…..it’s as massive as that. We are essentially living in our own foreign occupied country !

There actual, factual reasons for that…..I can’t remember them all but it’s completely deliberate. Now, I’m stealing this opinion but I heard it from an academic and it makes sense to me…..we are IN a civil war ! Right now, at this moment ! Because it’s not at the bombs and bullets stage yet makes it no less a civil war…..we are meeting all the criteria that always ends up at the bombs and bullets stage.
