Has anyone considered the possibility that the woman may just like to get amongst it ?……..we are talking like she is some sort of bad person/victim in all this but maybe she wasn’t ? Maybe she had a whale of a time ? As Stiff said, this is happening up and down the country every weekend and has been forever ! Last time I looked, getting across a bird with a few of your pals didn’t preclude you from being a highly trained soldier capable of operating in any theatre of war on earth…..they ain’t some elite band of warrior monks ! Much ado about nothing imho.

Good points there mate ? I used to live 23 miles outside the centre of London, I can fly from Ireland to London for half the money it used to cost me on the train from where I used to live…….less than half in fact ! The point you make about unions wanting to bring down governments is part of the reason I think union membership may have dropped off…..many folks realised that is wasn’t about workers and more about power for those at the top for some of those unions. The working man was betrayed on all sides.

There used to be 13 million union members but now there are something like 6 million….that’s what I read anyway. There was a time when I would have been all “oh, unions at it again” but now days with people getting rinsed right, left and centre while politicians just carry on f***ing about all exes paid I’m very much of the opinion “Good for them, get every penny you can back off the greedy f***ing government” Governments can’t have it all ways round, they can’t regulate and tax people until their eyes bleed and not be subject to people using the rules against them and asking for so

Would you trust the average British PC with a glock mate?, seriously ? I wouldn’t, not unless there was a fundamental change in the type of person they recruit and the ethos of that service ! Nah, sitting behind a speed camera or standing on a check point nicking builders for a broken tail light is about their level…….leave guns to specialist officers in the U.K. imho

The treasury is having a cold fortune out of all this mate, they have been encouraging people into ever increasing credit for the last 10 years or so and now I think they are about to close the doors of the trap. Its going to be champagne all round for the investment banks, oil companies and the governments on their payroll…..but us poor c**ts are going to get raped and it’s going to be very painful !

I’m not slagging the bloke for chinning him mate, I’m simply saying I didn’t see the reason ? Theres a reason door staff had to be licensed, they were slaughtering lads right, left and centre back when I was a young man…..really f***ing hurting absolute nobodies mate, that had to stop. And my point is, you are either a professional or not…..and I don’t think that was very professional. I didn’t manage to notice the lad throw a punch at him and as you say, that’s a different story if he did. ?

Maybe its just me, but other than the dirty animal was a total prick, can’t see what reason he had to chin the geezer ? He was moving away, noisy and annoying yes, but going in the right direction….nobody gets to just chin people now days I’m afraid. There was no reason to do it over and above it’s what we would all want to do…..but we ain’t supposedly professional door staff. If door staff chinned every loud and mouthy prick every time they came across one they would be smashing the granny out of people all night, every night at doors up and down the country……

@chartpolski, I just looked up mate…..half of the welfare spending is on State pensions, then disabled, sick etc etc I don’t suppose we would regard anyone getting a pension as a dosser and I’m sure they wouldn’t think of themselves as one either. The devil is in the detail as you know mate.

I think the NHS is about 190 billion a year, so if 212 is 25% then that means nearly half the tax take is just NHS and Welfare ? Is that about right ? That’s don’t ring right to me mate, does it you ?

Here’s a question I sometimes ask people when we get on the subject of benefits recipients etc Would you be happy to see them pay zero tax and keep all the money they can earn if it meant they could be taken off benefits ? I personally would but I’d be interested to see what others think.
