Face facts, nobody can seriously post about hunting in a serious fashion with dogs (which of course nobody does anymore), other than on rabbits.........so you see people like TOMO has popular threads when he visits the dales, but that is about it as far as hunting posts go dog wise. The historical and experienced opinions of some members are very good to read indeed. If any changes were made at all, I would like to see some of the shooting, lurchers, terriers and trapping sections all lumped under a general title of hunting so that there was a better mixture of interest and not so obvi

I am sure plenty of you have seen Hares, Fox and Deer run into an alarm call from rabbits or other hares or young deer......as we all know, Owls will absolutely bomb in to a squeak...........the fox taking the rabbit off the dog is a new one on me, but I dont doubt it as strange things happen.

The goverment descisions affect us because as a nation we rely so much on the state for so many things, if you could opt out of the NHS, Social and all the other things we get for our tax money and not have to pay tax (not just income tax, all tax and dutie) but sort yourself out, who would?.........I know I f*****g would, in a heartbeat!
