    well done FTB, and respect to you its a shame to have to say it but ive wanted to post this for a while, long before these pics!!!!! RESPECT!!!!!! where has it gone ??? all you have to do is read thread after thread on here left by fellow terriermen/enthusiasts/beginers.... we all share the same PASSION for the dogs we work, yet certain elements feel the urge to knock and condem every thread/question going all this does is stop geniune lads from being bothered to post and genuine lads from learning.... lets forget the idiots because they know it all anyway!!! as said b

    to all you knowledgeable terrier lads out there whats your thoughts on the above.... ive read lots on Smithy here and there, but know nothing about Simon!!! only there both RIP i know KG had a litter bred that way for sale in jan EDRD and saw another litter on comp for sale lastnight bred the same... dont keep blacks myself, so pics/info greatly appreciated.. thanks.... rich

    Toppers right lads... our lass works on the estate... no terriers or lurchers this year the estate manager told her its not on due to trouble last year with the lurchers, but would not elaborate on that!!!! get to kildwick instead, think its the day before broughton... check on here mate

    as said before fella.... take her out and about with you, show him farm stock be it sheep, cows, whatever... you carnt over expose her!!! keep doing it till shes just not bothered.... then you can think about removing her lead mate... take her out as much as you can, give her as many opportunties to learn, see how she develops... see how much you learn, you'll come to appreciate her in a different light.. i have a border bitch here same age as yours but have done all the above since she had her jabs!!! from about 8 months she found out what her nose was for, be it rats,rabbits, sqirr

    tye..... preston do pre tied hair rigs... packet of 10 for a few quid... just attached them as instructed to elastic in feeder.... some have a screw type device for fishing with meat or paste.... carnt fault em!!!!! tight lines atb.. rich

    thedogwhatsits.....im selective about what shows i attend and having read the shedule was affraid this show may have gone the sameway as the great yorkshire... which if your interested, i will not be attending..... 90% of shows advertise their classes on the schedule.... whats the big deal??? as for anti.... see you all there p.s just read about GYS....end of era RIP

    do the the best thing by the pup, and return him to the lad that bred him, if he is genuine then that pup should have a home for life... or at the least he maybe able to find him a home for life, i know id want to know if a pup of mine was moved on through a change in circumstances....

    my mrs spoke with the estate manager this morning.... he confirmed that there is no terrier/lurcher show this year he put this down to trouble with the lurchers last year, but would not elaborate!!!!!!!!!!! hope this helps Wood man...... see you all at kildwick..

    ALLI.... missed your post.... im not quick enough either fella... thanks for your advice, like you say, im in no rush! gonna give her a try about december in a few shallow spots and in the falsies litterd about the shoot... will just see how she shapes up until then.. my biggest fear, is pushing her to soon and ruining her, so the gently approach seems to suit us both... thanks again
