  1. Your hare snare wants to be 8" from the ground.Your noose wants to be about 9" by 7". Rabbit snares want to be 5 and a half inches from the ground with a 5" by 7" noose.If theres no runs then look for gaps in fences and through hedges etc. Your young rabbits under sheds would be an ideal place to use Fenn traps.

  6. Ive just got back from my good mates glenn waters where weve been snaring a few rats round a couple of corn bins.We had a great time,its a beautiful place scotland.
  7. That brinded is a robbing b*****d :realmad: .His method of long netting is glenn waters method and glenn invented it.All that brinded bloke did was put it in a bag which was a good idea for dirty sets but doesnt mean he invited it
  8. A flat peg about an inch and a quarter by quarter and six inches long is a very good holding peg rabbithunter Those tent pegs arent any use at all

  10. Set at 51/2" in woodland.I really like snaring in woodland,ive had some really good bags setting amongst trees And make better pegs for your fenns

  14. Keep em between 5.5" and 6" if the grass is abit longer.Your snare loop shape and your tension are critical so take your time

David come round an hour before dark this evening to go for a stalk.We went to a stubble field i new a few roe where using.Just before dark a couple of roe showed and we took one at a good 250yds through the neck. Afterwards we went lamping for an hour.We soon come accross a fox and after abit of carry on(tell em dave) i shot the fox at about 300yds approx.
  16. Those sideburns are well gone after the fire Moley. The doctor says that it may not be possible to grow them again because of the frollicle damage :whistle: He told me to use rat skins as burners and that no one would notice
  17. Hes another couple of rats in snares.Ive also set a few squirrel spring snares If you lot are getting sick of these pictures let me know and ill stop posting them.
