It's an overwintering Peragrine falcon, has a couple of stoops at the hare. On one of the old Forley tapes there's a male Merlin chasing a Skylark all round a stationary Land Rover, better than some of the course's lol

Doormat was full sister to Macs Fred, they were bred Dohchertys "Mushy x Fred H "Bess". Bess was off Macs old 3/4 saluki dog Sam to Geoff Smiths "Fly"(Merlins Dame)

Seven foot fences and slaughtering foxes and five months old apart, it's complete bollocks that Sir Terrance Clark imported the saluki, he did import one that went into the British gene pool, Negma. John Burchard started the Tepe Gawra line with a desert dog mated to a Swiss racing champ ( it's a long and very boring story lol ) Gail Goodman imported Durak from this mating and Brain Pether bred a bitch to him. They were to "angular" for the pretty feathered saluki crowd, so Gallager ended up with one and the other guy got Angie, she was put to BB . Just an honest mistake by Gary lol l

Once went on a organised coursing day at March in Cambridge . Ten men and twenty dogs and I was running a 20" whippet bred bitch, Cloe' As I walked onto the land a well known coursing man who was putting the day on says " hey kid! We're not rabbiting today!" lol lol lol I had the last laugh, 4/5 her fourth was in desperate trouble before going to ground and that was by no means a one off. Covered the ground just fine ;-)
