    Good to see thankfully it never landed on this.

    To me the antihistamine was too strong for her liver/kidneys to handle hence the blood and being lethargic,so to be safe the vets for me,atb.

    I have as yet not had a dog to have a corn but knowing people whose dogs have they are very painfull and need to be removed by a vet

    Agree Charts i am that age now that night time is cheese and crackers time so cheese wise i throw a bit into his bowel.So the other night I put some on a plate for my self on the kitchen top any way my Deerhound cross at 32tts nicked it behind my back the first time ever the swine lol

    Just to add any left over straight boiled rice is added to the fish your dog is on a cracking diet,atb

    Honest no supplements needed as mentioned fish which i do 2 tins a week in brine added to his diet along with his raw etc,past dogs have loved a bit of home made yorkshire pud or a bit of plain nan bread,atb

    This is what i have used over the years draw up the water with the syringe place tablet into the pill givers jaws,put into dogs mouth in one side at the back syringe tablet pull it out close and hold dogs mouth till its down any big tablets cut up

    From a humans perspective my mate has had it for a few years now he has GOT to be strict with his medication and a number of times he has ended up in hospital and needed an injection to keep him alive.So to me i would have the dog PTS let the breeder know whats in their line and dont be persuaded by vets medication wise more so if theres insuance involved they want to make money.atb.

    Sadly i have not seen any Kingfishers on the near river to me,on my walk i know of 4 nesting sites on the river bank one at least 8yrs old.Black headed gulls and Canada geese dead near me also on the news loads of dead birds being washed up on different coasts maybe wind turbines to blame with birds flying into them,so sad oh adult hedgehog in our garden first one for many years .

    Years ago i came across quite a few local to me as well toads coming thru our garden sadly no more.
