    I wouldn't say he's a fake patriot, I'd say he's stupid. Why even mention fruit pickers. People want lower immigration..... seasonal fruit pickers don't even figure in the issue with immigration. They aren't a problem and arnt an issue to anyone. I'm beginning to think that the elites in the WEF have ordered the conservative party to purposely loose the next election to give people a feeling of choice and change

    Forget all that 4x4 expensive nonsense. Vauxhall Viva, 1 litre. Million miles to the gallon, go anywhere. Buy nearly new with under 8,000 miles then run it into the ground over 3 years, clean up, sell, repeat.

    I'm further north, towards Preston. If I've got em you can have em. Also normally have plenty duck and pheasant carcasses that have just had the breasts taken off. Squirrels will normally only be in 1-2's unless we have a dray poking day in a month or two

    We did that a couple of years ago.... while it was a nice change the rest of the day didn't feel like Christmas,with no turkey buttys or left overs

    I think the issue with 'ex legion ' is many only did 3-12 months before deserting. In the legion you either become a switched on super soldier who can not only learn to soldier but do it while learning a different language and commanding men of a dozen different nations.......or you are a donkey who gets through his time like man doing hard labour/desert's early. There's a big difference between the two. Many hope the title 'ex legion' will carry weight as a private military contractor. Those that excel in the legion arnt wanting to leave..if they stay on for a second term they are legio

    They won't take murderers anymore. But at one time they didn't ask. I think today they will overlook minor crimes but today's application process is very vigorous. Our kid said it was a regular occurrence that Interpol would turn up in the night and people wouldn't be seen again. He said the British armed forces was a walk in the park afterwards

    My brother was in the legion and deserted and got back home. He then, somehow joined up again under a different name. He eventually got caught and jailed in french military prison. I think the actually gave him the option of seeing out his service as he'd got in twice, but he did the jail time and came home. Once back he joined the navy and then the marines, eventually becoming a paramedic. He left there and worked in UK hospitals. Now he's a chimney sweep.

    It gets really busy these days. Plenty of cheap accommodation but in season it becomes a race for a bed. I was thinking of doing it in march before it gets busy but we have booked a family holiday in February now so that's thrown a spanner in the works. Might see if my youngest fancys doing a section of it in the school holidays
