  3. Have you got lots of photos stored on your pc as well... i find deleting the rubbish pics & storing the decent ones in somewhere like photobucket helps

  5. Dave i have never had a problem if a jills been brought out of season once in any breeding year .. some will argue the jill needs bringing out again .... i never ran a vasectomised hob more than once a year with any jill & had no problems at all in doing so

  17. I have also got a male greyhound who has lost fur from his ears .. its all dry & its almost as if you can scrape it off .. its not sore or breaking the skin .. he is a bugger for laying in the sun if i dont fetch him in i have been putting some kids sun screen on his ears in case they burnt
  18. i used a canon 55/250 then i cropped it a lot this bird was a lot closer than they normally are ... it had to drop the fish in the end but i only got a couple of pics that were slightly blured

I think all ferrets/ litters are very different rather than go by there age use how independent they are of there mother ... personally i have taken kits that have spent the first 3 weeks of having them huddled up in a pile crying .. i think they should be tazzing round like looneys ideally & into everything... but i dont think you can set an age ... some develop quicker than others Everyones opinions different & some like to take them at 6 weeks & some at 12 weeks.. again i think it depends on your general experience .. to a total novice it may well be a very daunting task ta

Just for a start switch it on .. then you see the dial move it round to the green square .. look through the viewfinder & whatever you want to take a pic of ...part depress the shutter button & you will hear a beep .. when you hear the beep press it fully if your in a dark or area that there isnt much light the flash will pop up so you dont have to worry about fiddling with the flash The green square is the auto setting .. its a start at least . good luck with the classes
  24. im not an expert kay but run my findings on running a rescue and not just having to look after the same couple of ferrets for years, but you are right in what you say if his jill is entire and i must have missed this part then there is less chance of being adrenal as it tends to effect spayed jills more but has been known in entire jills, so i put my hands up if i made an error but come on with the symtoms given and the hair loss from the flank you have to agree this is classic signs of adrenal. The jills pregnant .. as for the clinical signs hair loss is one of many ... hairloss on
