  1. Dunno about a fish but definitely not a honey badger.
  2. I've always fancied a crack at one of those salmon ladders. They look like a bit of fun. I've seen some home made one simply made out of some long wooden beams concreted into the ground with 25mm ply battons screwed on as the steps.
  3. 5'8" and 25 yrs old 69.6kg, that suprised me because I usually sit around low 70s but been missing meals noticeably recently so figures. 15.1% fat which is exactly what I guessed BMI 23.3 And metabolic age of 17 All those calculations are a load of bollocks I know but it was a laugh all the same. All it's done is reminded me to sort my diet out.
  4. This wasn't anything as sophisticated as that mate, it was just the gym 'body composition analyser'. I probably misslead you with the word scan. I doubt it's accurate but i took full advantage to take the piss all the same.
  5. It's a crude test that gives you a general overview of your body's composition and general health. It's a crack for taking the piss out of your mates. I really didn't expect you pair to have a clue about it. I can see this being another 'rip the piss out of BH thread' LOL.
  6. I got dragged in for one today, curious as I am I had a crack and intruigingly listened to the analysis..... Weight.... BMI.... Fat %.... Metabolic age of a 17 year old! I was quite chuffed with that, even though it's a bit of a guestimate. To be honest it was a laugh but not told me much I didn't know of any use. Well, anybody else?
  7. Hang on, the company that UKIP employed to hand out the leaflets have been found to employ Eastern Europeans...... so what? Was UKIP supposed to look for a company that has a ban on the use of none British citizens? That sounds perfectly legal! LOL. Themoocher, UKIP aren't against immigration...
  8. Well the 455 is what I bought and really can't grumble. 1/2" groups at 100 yards with Hornady V-max. 455 17hmr 20" TH stock £450 Half decent scope £200 Mod' £40 Bullets /50 £12 Lovely action and well machined for such little money. Trigger has a little to be desired mind and I'd have prefered the 16" barrel. I wouldn't clean it too often either as I've found it takes 25 shots to settle again! Can't comment on the Savage.
  9. Well, I've watched ten minutes of it and already decided I'd have grabbed a chopper and fecked off on my own. I'd not have lasted five minutes of the "lets have a discussion about this" bollocks.
  10. That's a shame, my terrier is 'that' all round dog for me. She also used to be a cracking retriever but now flatly refuses. f***ing queer animals! Still loves coming out with the gun though.
  11. Without seeing it though, could the bouys have been to mark dangerous areas of the coast? A reef or whatever? Even a survival programme has to have some H&S...
  12. I f*****g am b*****ds that yea are.... what did you make of the buoys or were you too busy looking at the boys Not seen it yet, been all on with my house, car, shooting rabbits and gym....... nothing as manly as watching reality tv......
  13. It's alright Tomo, Baw's still pissed that we ruined his Lizard Lick Towing.
  14. Do you only use her for bushing/hunting or does she see any work beating/rough shooting?
  15. how do you find him work wise bh ? Honestly, he's a skitty fecker so I don't work him. I have two half cross jills that are spot on though.
  16. I've got a half cross............ but he's had the snip. LOL
  17. And yeah, I have managed to completely change the direction of the OPs thread, LOL. Sorry, just screwcutting sounds cheap enough though from Paulus' experience. Walshie,
  18. I'm not saying Paulus is wrong. LOL. Just that some rifles are choked and what effect will that have on accuracy if shortened? And you don't need an FAC to own a choked rifle. LOL
  19. He was given 13 life sentences in 2002 but would have been elligeable for parole in eight years (2022)? WTF
  20. Choking a rifle barrel may not make that much difference in your average rimfire hunting terms. But also the rifles you had shortened may not have been choked in the first place. Just a niggling thought that would put me off.
  21. Also, importantly, the muzzle end of the barrel is choked inside to ensure the best possible accuracy; even the 16in is choked and not just a shortened 20-in barrel. http://www.shootinguk.co.uk/reviews/rifle/cz-455-17-hmr
  22. I was considering having my 455 barrel shortened from 20" to 16". But it's choked and I'd worry about loosing accuracy. I could just buy a 16" barrel but I imagine there would be paperwork involved and it's not like I need it.
