  1. Tourism is one of the bedrock industries in the Cornish economy and Cornwall itself is one of the poorest regions of the UK. It's a bit more than optional dressing mate.
  2. Sold the Kuiu and bought the Swazi mate. So far so good but not used it much yet.
  3. Ya see max, Chart's understands how to draw parallel's in an argument.
  4. You're incoherent and all over the place. Now you're comparing immigration to the Saudi buyout! They're not selling the Saudis f***ing passports! Ya wanna talk about morals. I remember when you were out East last year and took your kid cub petting. That industry is f***ing rancid with cruelty! See the fact is that no two people in this world have the same morals. In your mind where you repeat the naive mantra of "right is right and wrong is wrong" I'm sure it seems that way. We couldn't buy a damn thing if we ruled out everyone with a dodgey policy history.
  5. LOL, you draw and equivalence between Saudi buying a business and the BLM mob, which was nonsense. There isn't any significant parallel. You'd like there to be because it brings the race topic back up for you. Saudi want to buy a UK business! That's it! That's all this is about. There's no parallel to BLM and supporting one and not the other is fine because the reasoning behind both is completely different.
  6. Just google paramilitary ffs. The f***ing girl scouts tick more boxes than BLM.
  7. I still see no parallel with BLM. Which aren't even close to paramilitary fyi. Saudi want to buy a football club, BLM want to wreck our society and specifically white peoples lives. The only reason you have mentioned them is to turn this into a race debate again. It's a really tenuous link. Yeah, maybe we shouldn't be dealing with Saudi on moral grounds. Personally I'm a pragmatist and perfectly fine with it.
  8. You're going to have to talk me through that one..... You can be against doing business with Saudi on moral grounds but how the hell do you draw parallels with 'Black Paramilitary Organisations'? For that matter, what black para' org's?
  9. They've given a rough yield estimate of 1.8kt. Jesus H Christ! Thats well on par with a tactical nuke.
  10. So says DJT...... I wonder if they would verify.
  11. And then some c**t thought it was good idea to weld! No H&S holding life up over there eh.
  12. I cannot believe that they just left 2700 tons of confiscated ammonium nitrate, an explosive precursor which is well known to be a fire hazard which can lead to detonation, for six f***ing years.........
  13. Aye, facing East.
  14. There's a world war two ship sunk in the Thames estuary called the SS Richard Montgomery. It's all restricted because it was carrying 1400 tons of explosives! I read somewhere that the Gov' have considered it a potential terrorism target. Reckon it'd wipe out half of Essex! Haha
  15. Couple months ago this happened local. I thought it was a f***ing volcano! 2020 right?
  16. No mate, having just quickly checked I don't think it's even thermobaric. The yanks designed it as part of their 'shock & awe' war doctrine. It's just a shit load of explosives in a big can dropped out the back of a C-130 because it's too big for a bomber to carry! LOL It's yield is 11 tons TNT equivalent. Little Boy was 15 kilotons!
  17. This one is brilliant
  18. Here's ya standard off the shelf big conventional bomb. I say conventional, it's a bit more clever than just a heap of TNT or whatever, it's a thermobaric bomb a believe. Anyway, clear mushroom cloud.
  19. Fair point though.
  20. LOL, of course we're f***ing speculating! I've left the owd geiger counter at work ffs! LOL Yield isn't really the defining factor though. It just 'looks' in the ball park so isn't a hard no on yield. You can wind conventional and nuclear warheads up or down as ya please within reason. The characteristics of the explosion didn't look nuclear to me, there was basically no flash. It looked conventional to me.
  21. I'm sure he lists that at the top of his CV.
  22. Watching it again, there's clearly a sustained fire when the explosion happens. Very unlikely nuclear. They're precision engineered bits of kit, ya can't just lob a load of glowy shit together and make it bang.
  23. That didn't look nuclear to me. I mean it's probably on par with a small tactical nuke in terms of yield but it didn't look to have the characteristics of one to me.
