    Small revolver in his underwear which wouldn't be found during a standard search, he apparently shot himself in the neck which would suggest his hands were in front , so maybe he has, if nimble enough managed to slip his cuffed hands under his feet and pulled the gun out.There have been several differant accounts so far , he was in a cell, he was sat in the custody suite, CCTV will show what really happened.
