  3. I've used a number of different ones over the years,,in particular the cheapest ones these company's sell,,, usually the red 250 wat, ones,,, trouble is they seem to only last a few months then blow,,, resulting in me not being able to get the bulb out the screw in bit,,without totally f***ing the hole unit up.. Last year i spent a bit more , and bought a top of the range unit,, professional jobby,, and used a ceramic bulb,,, and I still have it,, working fine,, as they say buy cheap buy twice,,,or 3 or 4 times in my case.
  4. They look good trenchfoot ,,have you tried them?
  5. Those builders ones I have put up are waterproof on the palm side,,cos there rubber,, however the back is just thin stretchy material,,, so of course it's not waterproof ,,, that's why I change them after an hour or two,, check your tool stals on markets mate,, there cheap as chips,, usually 5 quid,, for 2 or 3 pair,, aldi they were 3 quid for 3 pair,,,but then went down to 1.50 coming to the end of the line,,so they might not have any left,,,, have a root round in them wire trays,,, you might find some

  10. I use the thin builders type gloves,, think brikkies use them,, you can get them fro band q ect,,,but I get mine of the market,, or even aldi,, last week they were reduced to3 pair for 1.50,, Use them ferreting and lamping,, usually have two or 3 pair in my pocket,,use a pair till there wet,, then swap,, drop in in the washer to clean them,,,I have loads in my van now,, I'm ulways buying them
  11. Looks good that mate,,,I have done similar,, but instead of using traditional garlic butter,,, I have used feta cheese,, the stuff you get in little clear plastic containers ,,clubbed up in oil and herbs,,, take a some cubes out,, mash it up and put it in the breast,,, I tend to make a little slit at the fat end,, and push it in

Do what socks said,,, it always amazes me to watch other people trying to rub a spilt liquid away with a damp cloth,,lol Towels down and stand on them,,do the same with house training a puppy's accidents,, although kitchen towel is usually good enough for that,, just remember to put shoes on or you will get a wet foot
  18. Personly I like to have the heat lamp on,,but if I didn't I would use a coat,, I also like to get them fed after a hard night,, usually after about a half hour when it's cooled off a bit
