    I don't think the English truffle is worth what the French and Italian ones are,,, that said there still Worth a bit,,, I was also interested in this,,, but unlike bosun,,it WAS about money,,lol Some young lad and his dad are very good at it, read about them on line the kids very good at finding them,, the English ones can just been seen above ground,, there not totally underground if I remember right.. They have started cultivating them by infecting the roots of trees with the spoors,, so they can farm them,,,

    never had either to taste,what they like good or crap? and what ive read on the Oz sites the Roo dogs were as ive said just stags that have killed roos before and just bred from to keep aline,same as lurchers over here some lines bredf or different quarry.
