Its the correct theory but unfortunately 90% of people dont know what or why they are taking something ........my point is this is your health.......you......dont put it in someone elses hands. And the most the others that do don't tell the whole truth, even scientists can't agree on the negative affects they have tbh. Depends on your body and what kind of gainer you are,,, I honestly didn't think the the stacks I did,,, got the gains I was expecting....I expected more.... and on the hole was disappointed..

Did similar,,, also used winstrol ,,,4 - 6 week cycles,,, then a month or two off ,,,I had already been lifting for 10 years or so befor I did anything,, had some good advise of folk I belived new the score,,, did it for around 3 years towards the end of the 90s... Had no side effects so far,, that I know about,,,, apart from bad acne on my back,,, that took a course of antibiotics to get rid of

The tube heaters I just looked at on toolstation start at 60wat,,,then 120,,180,,,and up to 240 wats.... There only going to use the same lecy ,,,as an equal sized heat lamp....

Must admit the tube heater I baught from Argos for about £20 was useless,,, put your hand 12 inches away and you couldn't feel it....I took it back.... Maybe there are others better...

Same here ,,proud of them all,, By feck could I wind my mate up,,,just by telling him para were tougher than marines ,,he would bite straight away ,,,with comments like,,,,well our regiment never lost a man,,in the hole of the Irish troubles,,,not like para..
