    Both really,,,,gets a bit boring me putting similar posts up catching rabbits,, so I tend not to bother to often now,,, And yes getting out less,,,working more ,,and a 15 month old baby at home,,plus two older kids

    Had a day out yesterday on the tops with vin,,the moor opens up to us after the grouse are finished,,and it was nice to drop on a spot holding a few rabbits,,,as ever no nets,,just bolting for the dogs,,vin had his two lurchers,,and I had my young lurcher and the terrorist ... First time for a while I have took the terrier with the young bitch as she would always mug the catch whilst the young bitch got a hold,,,but she learnt now and doesn't give the terrier chance ,,,if the terrier is loose..     How would you rate your 'naughty boy'? Rake?Also why has Hancock gone down the beardie/border stud route. I know he does straight border pups but the majority of pups are from the 'naughty boys'. He must have bred hundreds from the naughty boys now. Has anybody on here got one? Can you give an assessment of it? Hancock had a beardy/border stud in the 80s richard jones.Also taffy 1/2 grey 1/4 border 1/4 beardy. The one I had was out of taffy Did it make a decent dog tomo?     It's 7 feet long ,,3 foot wide and 5 and a half feet tall ,,,two sections as you can see,,but all 5 ferrets in top together till spring...it's made from half inch ply,,and 2x2,,, the 2x2 was free,,,it had been dumped ,,fly tiped so I picked it up...the ply was on gumtree,,£1.50 a sheet,,,the sheets were 3 foot 6 by 3 foot 6 ish ,,,there was some veriation,,,but with a jig saw and cordless drill,,no probs...

    I can only say what I see rake,,,one dog was owned by a good friend who came out with me regular,,the dog had a great nose but that was it,,, I've also owned one back in the mid ,s,,he was coming on well ,,but sadly died just over a year old...but I was just a kid back then... I honestly can't for the life of me see why folk buy them,,not so much the working ability,,,but the social development of the pup,,you can't beet a home bred dog,,especially if it's in a house with kids

    Last 3 I've seen were very poor,,,and I mean poor,,,the two half crosses could hardly catch a rabbit,,,and the 3/4 cross ,,,wouldn't pic them up....

    Eddie hall was interviewed yesterday on breakfast telly bbc1,, came across reall well,,,by feck he dawarfed the presenters,,good interview and it showed a clip of him doing the deadlift worl record earlier this year...

    Lifted weights since my late teens,,packed up in my late 30,s,,then started again mid 40s,,, Boxed for about 10 years as well ,but started late in my 20,s,,also played judo for a few years... But never competed in competitive sport as an adult...
