well said mate....i count my lucky stars im like that...i party'd like f**k in the 90's did a lot of recreational drugs.. E..coke..speed ..ghb etc...but could just switch it off after the weekend or club night and carry on with normal life the day after ...

lol.... i have a hob that Newkid gave me last year ....been a cracking worker in his first year....newkid said the hob was out of some of your stuff you gave him a few year back...so all good mate... of course Vin recons all your good stock is out of Chuckels anyway....cos he sent you and james a ton of kits years ago....lol

been doing that for the last week phil.....got a jill here with just two kits a week old ...a hob and jill that are growing well...would have liked a few more and ran the hole litter on but there you go ..they are Chuckles grand children...

ive tried those full body work outs a year or two back....but coming from bro splits ..like you say feels like your not doing enough....and takes for ever if you start adding more cos you think your not doing enough push...pull ...legs....for me....twice a week ...so thats 6 days training .....but if i think im going to miss a day its easy to change to a half body split ....like adding pull to your leg day......do legs for 40 mins or so ...then do back..biceps...

its worth remembering that the cat flea is the most common flea as well....take dido,s advice mate....buy some spot on and treat it..just in case.....a few quid now could save you a shit ton of grief ....and money

yep i understand how youtube works.....lots of us follow youtubers for various reasons... i follow a few strongman and olympic weightlifters crossfiters etc... i just think him starting a channel would be brilliant .....but clearly not for the same reasons you do ...lol he would be fecking hilarious... bowline youtube.....come on carl the fans want it.....lol

yeh i remember a few years back sheepchaser of this site nearly had his house burn down whilst charging a deben one... it caught fire whilst he was out if i remember right...im sure he said his naighbour raised the alarm....could have been real nasty
