agreed mate....she was great wasnt she.....i recon she beat the lass from the usa ....as soon as she nailed that trick in the second round ....the yank birds head went down after she saw that run

well thankfully ...the one the fuss was mainly about laural hubbard from nz in the weightlifting bombed out in the first round in the snatch ironically ...lol.... and nice to see in that class a british lass from bulwell here in nottingham got the silver medal after only 5 years of weightlifting

really.... perhaps you should mention that to all the record holders that have broken records at this years olympics... i love weightlifting....and despite a few big names being missing there have been quite a few records broken

must just be me then...i thought that was nice .... over the years there have been other sports where gold silver and bronze have been shared....usually in events that have tied on time.....i see no difference with this...

must say i enjoyed watching the bmx tricks event ....great that our girl got the gold...and the fella got the bronze... and fiar play to the lass she fell in the first round...but second round did the same trick...and nailed it...aparantly that trick is one of the hardest to do... also watching the athletics Saturday... the woman that won the tripple jump was some performance and got the world record by some margin with her last jump... then the high jump was good to watch as well....with the two chaps sharing gold was a nice touch

got rid of my lambo......no room for me dogs....and besides i prefer this 17 year old Citroen berlingo ..complete with smelly dog odour and abandoned kids clothes and shoes...

me and the mrs stayed Caernarfon last year at a premier inn...only about £40 for the night.....nice little town it is as well..had a cracking meal in a pub i think was called the black boy inside the castle walls.... but theres plenty of campsites over that way

like you me and the mrs did the llanberis last sept which was very busy ....but the day after we went half way up the watkins path to swim in the pools which are the most cyrstal clear water you will ever see...so if your hot have a swim or let the dog have a swim....it was also quiet compared to the the llanberis

i think crossfit would be a good new sport in the olympics .. just noticed there is now 3 a side street basket ball of all things....just one hoop fucks sake....bad enough the proper 5 a side basket ball ...remember 92 with the dream team...jordon johnson pippin..barkely etc....

didnt he use winstrol .....and isnt that in the system for a good while after you stop....im sure a few of the other test type PED's can by out your system in a few days.....he deffo had bad advise from who ever was helping him with his PED'S
