If the police had done their job properly in the beginning they'd have known he had a dog and could have took appropriate measures to counteract any mishaps. As it stands the court of appeal were correct in overturning the sentence.

Think the price is a tad high...£250 and i reckon you'd sell it no problem. Just because they are brand new doesn't mean anything. As soon as you sell them then the buyer has no warranty. So if anything untoward did happen to the products they'd be up shit creek without a paddle. Not having a dig mate..Just stating the obvious -

It's all about the thrill of the chase...rubbish...how many of you are willing to take the dog out night after night or day after day simply to watch it run and miss everything?? thrill of the chase granted...but an end product is needed also. that's why you use a dog isn't it?? To catch stuff?? loads of variables as to why a dog catches and why it does'nt. I for one am over the moon when my dog catches...after all..thats why i go out..to catch stuff...As for % catch rate...that's a whole new can of worms.

Just this morning i saw a pic on facebook ...by a friend...who openly posted a pic of seversl rabbits and a hare...why in gods name he didnt leave the hare out of the pic i'll never know...and in all fairness..the lad should know better...next he'll be moaning that he's had a knock.
