  1. Ambulance crews and essential workers are needed and these are who we are trying to protect by staying at home. I am not dictating or an idiot just reiterating government advice. Simple .....stay at home.
  2. What don't people understand STAY AT HOME. Shooting is not essential ?
  3. Let's just hope you don't get the virus or any of your family. STAY AT HOME....its not forever.
  4. Government advice is STAY AT HOME it's not hard to understand. Government paid professional rangers have been told to stay at home so that means shooting is not essential. At the end of the day nobody cares if deer eat a few more trees or foxes kill a few lambs at least nobody has died. I want to keep my FAC
  5. And you may have your FAC revoked if you dont comply.
  6. FAC holders are supposedly responsible people. Imagine you are out shooting alone and have an accident and need medical assistance from our emergency services taking them away from the current pandemic. Front page news making shooters look irresponsible when everyone is indoors and you are out enjoying yourself. I am climbing the walls to be out too believe me , glad I had a look the other night .....
  7. Apparently you must stay in , FE0 s advice , as if you are out and caught your FAC may be revoked.
  8. Brilliant result mate , never seen a mink never mind shooting one.
  9. I wonder what the real story is?
  10. Then it was out with the lamp , called in a pair and had another dog fox ?
  11. Good result ?We had a look out stalking yesterday ,no luck with the roe but my mate had this dog fox mid afternoon...
  12. These fields were atrocious, I was slipping, sliding and slurping all over the place. A lot of fields held nothing due to the wet conditions.
  13. Foxes can definitely see Ir , I have witnessed many foxes coming in to the call until they spot the IR and away they go.
  14. I was out last night with the .22 in pursuit of bunnies too. The ground was absolutely saturated and muddy ,no grass left on fields. Very challenging as bunnies were a bit shy as I'm not the only one on this ground but I love a challenge......anyway ended up with 15 rabbits and 2 rats.
  15. Great result mate , very jealous. When I get down I expect double figures ?
  16. Never seen one but like the look of it ....I'm still old school with lamp which I prefer. These 2 taken last night no thermal or nv ?
  17. I've got Harris wouldnt be without , shoot most of my foxes off bipod as always set up with caller where I can use this option, not a fan of shooting off sticks...
  18. Nice honest posts , we all miss its infuriating but it happens. I used to have sleepless nights when I was younger over a miss but can live with it now even though I'm still peed off. Well done under the full moon , not the best conditions but it pays off sometimes.
