  1. You will be lucky young lad. Its bad enough asking for yourself but stating you will bring a few others is a big NO NO. Best thing for you is see if you can go beating on any shoots and take it from there !!
  2. How can this person think foxes dont kill lambs , extremely naive !!Try telling that to a farmer whos had 30 lambs killed in 1 week , I eventually got the culprit , a small vixen whom I caught in the act of chasing lambs around the field !!!! Cant believe what some people spout on this site

  6. Stu makes a lot of valid points. I can see the argument from both sides. I completed my Level 1 in 2003 and my Level 2 in 2006. At first I too was against qualifications but realised that one day this would be the way things would go. Not being able to get leases from forestry companies etc. I believe that in the future the Police will not grant Deer on your FAC unless you have qualifications , I think some forces do this already although its not Law. For a novice stalker who is starting out these courses deliver a lot of information and are a good grounding in starting your stalking journ

  10. Really enjoyed reading that Matt , what a cracking trip I felt like I was there with you... Red letter day for sure , the sort of days never to be forgotten. I remember one such day a few years ago where I grassed 6 deer in a stalk that only lasted one and a half hours ..... Happy days Well done lads

  15. It needs to have a good weight and volume to score a medal. Hard to tell from a photo but I would say it doesnt make the grade !!!
  16. Just wondering if anyone has any experience of feeding a flight pond with acorns?? There is a huge crop of acorns this year .
