Cheers matie, Ive not seen many up this neck of the woods, saw my last one on the borders when I was doing a bird race for charity last year, but didnt have my camera with me, wouldnt have got close enough anyway, its amazing how close you can get to things with a full ghillie suit on though best piece of kit Ive invested in for a long while.. Just love goldies RH, A very special bird for me Was being watched too...

  5. They're very similar and most are mistaken for feral pigeons. Quite rare to see Stock Dove. Great pic! Totally right matie, and quite rare where in the area where I saw it, seen a few in the past, but first time Ive got close enough for picture of one..

Thanks for all the messages lads..much apprechiated..sister was 56, took into hospital last week as she was very tired and just couldnt get out of bed..did a lumba pucture and found she has contracted staphlacocal menengitus, she had 2 cardiac arrests at this point, and septicemia had set in and damaged 2 heart valves and the heart wall, they did a ct scan and found there were 5 embolisms on her brain, she never came out the coma, and was too weak to operate on her heart, so they told us if there was another cardiac arrest they would no be fetching her out of it..she has 5 kids..and a few gran
