    I think unless your going to the dales or places heaving with game its common sense that driving and putting more gear in front of your dog is going to keep it fitter.....its not the walking that,ll keep you dog fit its how many runs your giving it simple.....

    I find whatever your pursuing to be a lot less bothered by a motor than a quad, i lamp mainly walking but if i want to cover more farms i will sometimes drive they both work for me...

    Reason to turf is its instant ,job done and not that expensive ....seeding you got agg with birds takes longer and might be patchy.....turf all the way for me..

    yeah true mate no doubt the lads a c**t and has f****d up but with the weather the way it was a big bowl of water which it should of had anyway and the owl might be alive . owls get moisture from the meat they eat......... But surely wouldn't let itself die of dehydration if a big bowl of water was available?So what's your point. Should he have left a big bucket of water and leave it for the weekend ffs!!! When you have animals/birds and you go away you have to rely on friends/family. I'm sure it never crossed the boys mind that his cousin would be such a lazy b*****d!!This post is to Tor

    Had a friend when i was younger lost the plot and used to stuff like that, the worst thing was he was a f***ing dangerous before he flipped.He got banged up about 20yr ago he,ll never get out....

    I entered the comp a few years back ,this site and all the computer shit was all new to me it wasn,t a big dick comp for me [cause i would have been out in the first round ] it was more about watching other dogs run...i do a fair bit more lamping than ferreting so watching dogs on the lamp is 100% down my street...it turned out a double shit year for rabbit numbers even the dales had f**k all on there we had shit weather most of the time and no dogs were seen to their max....ldr deserved to win just for the stick he got throughout the comp and its a shame he don,t come on no more.......
