  1. Hi, mate. Are you saying that the gun won't fire once it's cocked or that the trigger won't engage at all?? Cheers. PS.... Welcome to the forum

You've never met Vicky Crabtree. If that's Vicky in your avatar, I'd like to meet her very much!!!
  3. That's one airgun I've always wanted but never owned I've owned a couple of Sharp pumps many moons ago but the Sheridan was always the one that got away.... Hey ho. Maybe one day. Enjoy your new find, mate Cheers.

Bloody hell, I can't believe this scam's still doing the rounds I guess there's still the odd dumb feck that'll fall for it though. PS.... Well done on your good luck!!!!
  5. Nice one, Ryan If you don't like gutting them in the dark just piss them in the field, then gut them at home.
  6. I've just had a look at Bob's link and that looks like very good value to me, nice one
  7. you no it all :wankerzo4: Aw, come on now, play nice. You seem to have one or two issues the main one being you're a total tit. Have a mug of co-co then call a friend round for some nice big man-hugs I'll wait for your reply with baited breath.....
  8. You'll not go far wrong there, mate I was useing one of Simon's (Pianoman) last week and they're a lovely bit of kit. Good luck!! Cheers.
  9. Yes but if another stupid damned fool starts going on about secondhand HW, Theobens, Air Arms, whatever can we line em up against the wall and zero our scopes on their balls please? Mine is my lovely Stingray .177, under £250, my wife has a Hatsan 60S and so do I for bunny killing! Edited because I forgot to say my lovely expensive Hatsan .177, sorry Webley .177 is in my photo (cost £240)... I missed that little gem of insite from you first time round, Mole. You really are a first class twat.
  10. I know Benji personally and he's no puppy peddler. He really looks after his animals and the kennel conversion he's had done to garage is first class and in case anyone's wondering why he's not replied recently, it seems his IP address has been blocked for some reason. I'm not going to get pulled in to an arguement but as someone who knows Benji's sound, I had to say something. Cheers.
  11. Hi, Head Shot, yes it is from personal experience. I used to fix airguns for a living years back and all the problems I've mentioned came up time and again with Lightnings. I've just sold my own UK built Lightning a couple of weeks back to a lad on here, I'd sorted the trigger, fitted a gas-ram and turned it into a much better gun but it still wasn't as good as a standard HW95 or 99. Cheers.
  12. Have a look on ebay, Ryan, it can be a bit random but if you have a trawl you'll find a right enough deal It's where I buy nearly all my pellets from but you may have to buy in bulk to make the cost vs postage work well for you. Cheers.
  13. Hi, Ryan. There's some good folks on here, mate. Enjoy your stay Cheers.
  14. Good luck with your search, mate and I hope your friend recovers well I'm sorry I can't help you directly but if you post this in the 'general talk' section too, there's a good chance a fair few more folks will read your post.... Good luck. Cheers.
  15. I think you've already shot yourself in the foot with your earlier post, it's a bit late to back peddle now.....
  16. Put it up on here, mate. There's also a for sale section on this site, stick it on there too
  17. It looks like a Cadet to me, Davy. Either that or a 50 cal BMG, I always get those two mixed up....
  18. Yup, another Andy!!! Hi, mate. There's a good few service and ex service lads on here, Andy Welcome to the forum. Enjoy!!! Cheers.
  19. Ah, right, I see what you're saying No it's not that, the barrel when it's fitted to either gun shoots fine, the strange thing is that it shoots well but with different pellets. EG, when it's on my action it shoots best with Baracudas but not too well with the AA Fields but when it's on my mate's action it's the other way around, great groups with the AA's but rubbish with Baracudas It really is an odd one, both guns have been tested on my Chrony and there's on consistancy issues with either action. I guess I'll just put it down to being one of those things. I've never given any
  20. It does seem a little odd the way the laws work. My crossbow makes around 130ft-lbs and anyone of the right age can buy one mail order.... Can't buy a Gat Gun mail order any more though.
  21. I have a motor bike 'U' lock through the trigger guards when they're not in use. I'd like to see my lads try to use a HW90, Diana 52 and a King Ratty all locked together I know what you're saying though, most definatley better safe than sorry, my lads are OK around guns, some others are not and if it means I need to lock them to the wall to stay the right side of the law then so be it.
  22. I've got to be honest, Alex, I don't quite follow you there...
  23. My guns are kept locked together but they're just propped up in the corner of my bed room. My lads are 9 and 12, they come out with me and are gun savy. They've grown up with shooting and all that goes with it but if as has been said on another thread, I've got to lock them to a wall then fair do's, I can cope with that. Cheers.
  24. I was wondering the same thing. I keep my guns locked together with a 'U' lock through the trigger guards. If you screwed a rawlbolt "eye" in to the wall and then passed the 'u' lock through the eye or ring of the bold that would comply with the law. John Thanks for that, I'll get that done
