Would you prefer we all keep quiet and let joe public believe that's how we all act?? No mate, but pandering to bullshit like that just gives it credibility. I've no doubt there are morons who kill cats, but to make out its organised and pre meditated is the same as the stories about organised badger baiting rings, nonsense. At the end of the day its each to there own Personaly I dont do cat (coursing). Even thou I will stick by my words cats are fukcing pain in the arse old bettys cat is so sweet and innocent. Letting the pricks know that they're out of order, and will never be welcome among true hunting folk is another thing completely.

I can sense another ghost story coming

We'd best just shut the f**k up then, and let everything that's wrong in the world carry on I know these people haven't got much in the way of brains, but some of them might just realise that's not how it's done, and decide they'd like to learn how to do some proper hunting. s[mple as this mate for everyone thats learned correctly there are 10 thats not always going to be that way True, but that doesn't mean we should just 'look the other way' and let it happen. Surely by saying nothing, aren't we as good as condoning what they're doing??

Are you really that stupid you have missed the point entirely? I would hazard a guess at YES! why the is that then I I'll humour you . . . It wou ld be because your post bears very little relevance to the original point of the thread. Yes, cats kill birds, and dogs kill cats. But anyone who goes out to intentionaly set their dogs on cats is scum. Same as if some one intentionaly set their cat amongst your pigeons would also be scum. Make sense now? Yeah thats point Im trying make The guy who owns the cat doesnt know what its doing 16 hours of day whe

what a load of shit ............... o dear.... that made me laugh Quite possibly a scavenged road kill.

You pal are what's commonly referred to as a fuckwit....real tough guy with real hard dogs Definitely a fuckwit. One with 'Hard' Dogs that apparently find Grey Squirrels a formidable foe! FFS I bet he's been a 'Dog man' for all of two weeks!! I have no time for cats at all, but whether the press have sensationalised the story or not, there's no way that sort of thing should happen, and these sort of acts are committed by people who quite clearly have no idea about true hunting, be it for sport or pest control. Would anyone with a Dog that was even half decent on legitimate quarry, pre

Whats the chance of him getting a firearm ?.
kenny14 replied to k9delboy's topic in Rimfire, Centrefire & Shotguns
When filling in the application form, it states quite clearly that you must declare all convictions, 'spent' or not. IMO the more fuss he makes with the police, the more chance they'll push for a prosecution. Better to keep quiet, hope they drop it, and re apply in a few years, although I think his chances are pretty slim, especially if he's still got no land to shoot over. -
Number of foxes well done this year due to rifle men!

have you listened to yourself? you sound like an anti wanting another mans sport to get banned as a knee jerk to some crazed gun touting maniac the majority of people who have guns are law abiding sensible folks it only takes a bad apple here and there to spoil the barrell. some of us like to shoot and hunt with dogs why does it always have to be one or the other you can do both Well put, I keep saying the same thing. Many an anti would be proud to come out with some of the comments we hear from some of our fellow 'hunters' -
yes i know but is there a upgraded normal ranger with a better ccd than the first normal ranger??? Not sure about that, mate.

They always seem to be the best ones, no real recipe, just whatever meat and veg is to hand -

kenny14 replied to carpentermark's topic in Living Off The Land & Game Cooking
Do you have any more info? I've been after a good mincer, but I can't find that one on their website. -
Started late 1960's, Rabbiting with a few of the local terriers and mongrels that were always roaming the streets. Got my first Terrier and air rifle early 1970's, first Lurcher soon after. Started off borrowing one of the local farmers' shotguns and .22 mid 1970's. Got my own shotgun and rifles late 1970's. I still love the game as much now as I did back then.

The ranger pro has a better ccd and a more powerful main infra red than the standard ranger.
-
Cheers airbourne. Got to agree too, it takes some beatin.

Had a little look around one of the farms the other night with the .22 and NV to see if there were any rats about, and though there's still a lot of cover in the usual hotspots, I managed to bag a decent few on one of the muck heaps. One pic was a nice head shot from about 50 yards. The other a good sized Rat that'd lost its tail at some time.

That sounds a much better approach. Though in your op you don't mention anything about you having permission to be there, so you're opening yourself up to thieving allegations. On the plus side if everything works out ok and the owner gets their camera back, you just might be able to come to some agreement on info sharing, to see what's about. But if they're some weirdo just wanting to catch any hunters out, then make sure they know they're not welcome!!

f*****g hell mate! i'd feel right out of place seeing that,, find the bit how its your fault funny as f**k ahaha but how dose one go about telling the wife about what you'd found her kid doing?? It was fookin bad pal, bear in mind I met my wife when her daughter was 7 so she was almost seen as my own daughter! I was fuming at the time cos I didn't know how many times she'd done it! I just went straight downstairs and said to her "you better go and ask your daughter what she's been doing with my toothbrush while we've been out!".....it didn't need much explanation to be fair. I could

And maybe, just maybe, you didn't see the other, more well hidden camera that was placed to get footage of any thieves that were about . Thieving, pure and simple

AINT THAT THE TRUTH On the plus side though, they're not fussy eaters! You'd be better getting a decent pup and bringing it on yourself, you'll find it much more satisfying . -
All you disbelievers better keep looking over your shoulders next time you're out in the dark. You just may have company from the other side.
