  1. I'm sticking with my original guess, though the neck being broken makes me lean more towards Buzzard.
  2. At last someone with a bit of info Erm, excuse me, but I think there's a little bit of info in a couple of the other posts too . The Otter tracks in my photo should allow you to rule out that one for starters. As for roe, it's a possibility, but they look a little too rounded at the front.
  3. Unfortunately there's no vaccination against weils disease available for humans.
  4. Those at the FA should grow a pair, tell FIFA to f**k off, as it's a mark of respect and we're wearing them, so if you don't like it, tough.
  5. I've had it too, it's like the worst case of flu you can imagine, no coughing or sneezing, but my whole body ached like I'd never felt before. I was also given a massive dose of antibiotics, but I still had bouts of feeling tired, weak and run down for well over a year.
  6. Great stuff Dave. Bet he soon galloped off when he reaslised there wasn't a free meal on offer!
  7. Yes mate, I believe we would. Only they'd be wearing jackboots and wearing the deaths head insignia. It doesn't bear thinking about what would've happened if Hitler had won . Not many of us would be here now, that's for sure, and the majority of the ones who were would have Arian fathers.
  8. I must admit, the first time I was told that a Sparrowhawk was taking them, I was a little sceptical, especially as we have quite a few Goshawks too, but after seeing it with my own eyes I now have no doubt. Most of the victims have been little heavier than a Woody, and I've watched Sparrowhawks take them on numerous occasions.
  9. Wouldn't happen to be somewhere north of the border would it?? Wouldn't matter where the birds came from anyway, in the words of a post in a recent topic........the Sparrowhawks are 'as hard as feck up here' Yes....Fife to be precise... 100% guarenteed Spar killers if they f**k with them........... I like the sound of em! .....Though we might need a couple of bull x's when picking up, do deal with any runners lol
  10. You're not paranoid mate, it's as I said, the general public believe Grey Squirrels are just harmless cute little things . And they say, ignorance is bliss
  11. It's totally beyond me how the f**k that can't warrant charges being pressed. There are thousands of people unable to have children, who'd give anything to be able to love and make a child happy, and there's twats like him who have them and treat them like that. I really do hope he gets a good kicking from someone in the very near future.
  12. Unfortunately, I don't think it'll be many years before Reds are extinct in the UK. Various conservation organisations keep attempting to halt their decline, but no matter what they do, it's a complete waste of time and money unless we adopt a countrywide programme to reduce and hopefully eventually eradicate the Greys. Even though most people who could start this, understand the damage that Greys do, they're afraid to speak out and act, in fear of offending the majority of the general public who enjoy watching and feeding 'cuddly little Squirrel nutkins' in their gardens and Town and City pa
  13. Bollocks they would have knew what they were doing wrong They would proberly have started. the me no understand shite lol You don't think they might've been lying do you? I think even though they were aware it was against British law, they couldn't comprehend that it also applied to them!

  15. yes your probably right I would say goshawk as adult pheasants normaly a bit big and strong for sparrowhawk and buzzard this time of year Hen Sparrowhawk would be quite capable of killing, but not carrying off. That was my thoughts when it appeared the birds were left where they were, and there's not that much seems to have been eaten. If thats a mature hen pheasant then its not a spar......Probably been a buzzard? Normally start on the breast in my experiance....?....Its a mystery... Got a Sparrowhawk taking them now. Doing exact same thing as looks like in the pic, dropping
  16. I've an interesting story regarding Poles. I was asked to find out whether it was an Otter or Mink that was responsible for taking Carp from a sizeable fishery. Judging from what the manager said on the phone, my first suspicions were that it was probably an Otter, especially as I'd recently helped erect an Otter proof fence around a pond not too far away. After checking around the lake thoroughly for any signs, and also all likely entry and exit points, I gave the manager my opinion, which was that I thought the lake was being poached. Not a chance, he said. Ok, your choice, I said, and lef
