    Now I don't always agree with what you say on here mate, but I've seen that in action. On the estate I used to live on, an empty flat came up and was allocated to an immigrant single mother. The council went in, and fitted a whole new fitted kitchen, way more upmarket than the ones the rest of us were allowed.     To me it's not about racism, it's more about how we feel about providing a good standard of living for people who won't help themselves. My feelings are that anyone who doesn't genuinely need help shouldn't get it.

    I don't know about up your way FTB, but you might find it interesting to take a trip round many of the English towns and cities, and see what some of those 'lazy British' are wearing and throwing! And try to guess the ages of all those young girls pushing buggies, and if all of those kids are her siblings or offspring!! Sadly there's now not a lot of difference between them except their country of origin. IMO a scrounger is a scrounger.

    Same as the other answers, for me it adds to the memories, and it's a bit of a pride thing. Not all others might enjoy your pic or account of a hunting trip, but who cares? I really wish that digi cameras and mobile phones had been available right throughout my hunting life, because the only pictures that I have of many of my Dogs and their (usually very modest!) achievements, not to mention the hours of pleasure they've given me, are now sadly just memories .
