Lucky kid, great cat, not the biggest fan of cats but ive always admired the tenacity and aggressive of even just the average moggy, shame it looks like some kind of bull breed, more bad press, dogs happy to attack a kid on a bike but when a cat goes for it it gibs.

If you train like a thai boxer youll look like one. If you want the fitness and some size but not to be massive try throwing some dead lifting or squats into the session. Working the big muscle groups like legs, glutes, chest and shoulders with generic excersises. Depends how big you want to be but if your ripped now even gaining a little size would really show i guess. I think phys programs seem to change every 2 weeks on whats best to do and whats crap now a days but basicaly low reps (6-8 ) of a heavy weight builds size medium about of reps (9 - 14) of a medium weight builds strenth and hig

How did you find the really cold spell affected your quarry out there? I guess they have to deal with temperatures that low every year but did the lenth and severity off it kill lots more than usual?

Thought id put it up here as i guess some one is pulling there hair out somewhere. Just had a picture sent to me by my mum who has been talking to what she and I assumed to be a buzzard which has been hanging around the family home in the WN6 area of Wigan. The photo quite clearly shows a HH and considering she has been talking to it and getting quite close for 3 weeks now I feel daft for not thinking it was a HH before. It looks in good condition and by all accounts had a decent flight on a pheasant which she disturbed. Doesnt appear to have any furniture on. Ill keep checking here all th

1030 for a mile and a half is bare minimum. Dont let any one on here kid you if you cant do that then you need to train harder. You dont want to be scraping by. You will get stick continually through your career, attracting unwanted attention in training to being looked upon as useless in your unit. Start your career with the attitude that you mean to keep, whether your in for 4 years or 24.

Dont base your choice on the type of rooms they have. Some of my best times where living in a 4 man room. Everywhere will be single man rooms soon.

Do some sort of cv training 6 days a week for about 45 mins and you'll be sorted. Get your phys up before you go. Everything else you can be taught but if you get there at a reasonable standard of fitness you'll make the whole thing easier for yourself.

I dont recon some one needs real world experience in the field that they are minister in but i definitely think that they should have real world experience in something. For instance my MP is called Rosie Cooper i think, when i looked a while back all she seems to have done in her life was move round different areas of Liverpool trying to get voted in in some form or another, failing untill she because MP for West Lancs. Now how the frig can a Liverpudlian be MP for West Lancs? She may be not that far away geographically but why not leave it for some one who is local ffs so they can fight for

Would be a shame to see the union broken up but at the end of the day i want whats best for me and mine. At the moment the Scots have about 40 Labour MPs that vote against what the majority of people in England want on English matters, that option isnt open to us. The hunting act would have been long gone if it wasnt for Labour MPs in Scotland voting against something that doesnt affect them. Part of me agrees with unlacedgeko, but i think you have to be very careful saying "resources are limited so they should go to assist those who are most deserving". Who decides who is deserving or not? Some arbitrary set of conditions set down by a "suit" some where? The Roman Empire was built on its strong military who lived better lives than the average person from the moment they joined to the moment they died, retiring to a farm paid for by the state. Personally i would say some one who has served in the forces may not be more important than the average person but they are more deserving

I watched the program and i thought he came across as a decent bloke who wanted the best for his country and his family, hes trying to find the best way he can achieve his aims and lets be serious hes done more to legitamise the feelings that many people have that Islamic extremism is a threat to Britain than almost any one. just signed, have a look at this. http://www.windturbineobjections.co.uk/ This is my villages website and they have stopped a couple now and they also stopped a large development by Wigan Athletic. We had signs outside every house in the village. They can deffo be stopped. Quite alot of good info on the site and it might be worth a look for you.
