i have in the past used all types of bedding from vet bed to straw to old duvets etc etc etc ... but i have recently changed over to the brown shredded paper that is used by greyhound tracks and i have found this to be top stuff ... it stays nice and fluffed up when the dogs bed down in it there is no risk of fleas or ticks being paper it is obviously nice and warm and the dogs are comfertable on it ... disposing of it every few weeks is easy because you either throw it out with the rubbish or burn it .... and best of all it is cheap as chips ...........

if you took your dog home every time they had a bump then you would spend half the season in the house ... you cant wrap the dogs in cotton wool and part and parcel of running at top speed over undulating ground after fleeing game is that the dogs get banged up now and again ... the call on whether to run the dog after that can only be made by the guy thats there that owns and knows that particular dog ... some dogs with a weak constitution will be finished for the day if they get so much as a nettle sting on their pads other dogs will want to work on even if they broke their leg .... as long

for starters it was in the day hence the bolting rabbits she caught ... and secondly what happened to the bitch MUCH LATER was a result of her bump BUT it would have made no difference if i had taken her straight home there and then ... its all very well sitting behind your computer and telling me what i should have done ... you wernt there i was i have kept dogs for a long long time and my dogs get the best of everything from feeding to housing to medical care ... if i thought that bitch needed to be retired for the day then thats what i would have done .........

thats why i gave her time to settle to see how she was ... she is a working dog that will get knocks her whole life whilst out hunting ... if i had any doubt that she wasnt right i would have put her in the truck ... as it was she carried on hunting and caught plenty more rabbits that day ... i know my dogs well enough to know whether they need to stop or keep going ..............

towards the end of last season tegan took a very hard knock as she run into a tree stump ... to be honest i thought she was dead when i first heard the collision but then she screamed the place down and came hobbling back to me ... she cried for another few minuets then gradually calmed down ... i checked the dog all over and couldnt find anything wrong with her so i let her settle and do her own thing walking around etc so she didnt stiffen up ... within 10 minuets she was back catching bolted rabbits and seemed fine .... a few weeks later on her fitness seemed to be on the downside so i

why do you feel the need to give your jill ANY type of milk when she is in kit ??? mustelids in the wild are not seen hanging of the udders of cows to supplement themselves with some miracle vitamine that only milk can provide to ensure a healthy strong litter of kits .... as you have learned the hard way carnivores DO NOT do well on milk and dont need it ... as long as your jill has plenty of fresh meat and fresh water she will happilly deliver a nice healthy litter of kits and will look after them all by herself without any help from us humans ... as she is a caged animal all we need to do i

i have just set up my wireless and whilst thehome comp is up and running perfectly i cant connect the kids laptops ??? when i try to connect using the laptops they find the computer they then ask for the pass phrase which i enter i click connect ... i then get connection unsucsesfull the laptop is connected to your computer it does not have access to the internet .... it then says this may be caused by incorrect WEP key ( whatever that is is ???) or low wireless signal strengh ... however i dont think its signal strengh as the signals says its excelent .... it also says if you are conecting to

kay this is nothing new .... i have left hobs in with the jills plenty of times and i know many people that have done this and still do .......... you have done this when the jill has young kits ,how has it worked out for you? there has been no probs but i only keep a nice teady type of ferret and they have plentyof room ... if i had any doubts then i would not do it but all my ferrets get on well so there is no probs ... you generally find that the jills are the bosses anyway ............

for the last 2 months i have been having dramas with my aol ... my home page wont load properly so i cant see the news and ALL my favourites have gone ... every time i ring they keep telling me the tchincians are on it a lot of people are have ing the same problem ... they have given me re bates on my bills but this is just not good enough .... is anybody else experiencing these problems ???????????

i got a stable block for the dogs and wood burners in every room,but i would keep it to single people are familys at 1st until i knew them better,mark it wouldnt work with single people mate ... most people have hunting buddies and they would want a lads weekend away huinting together ... at the end of the day people that pay good money for a weekends hunting are not the sort that are going to wreck your place ... and if you are still worried then you charge a deposit that they get back at the end of the weekend providing there are no dramas ........ no thoughts are welcome,just when

if he isnt up to the job mark i will do it for £500 a week with a cottage to live in .... if i was paying i would want enough runs on the lamp untill i decided my dog was fecked ... and if i was ferreting you have got to provide 50+ rabbits in a day to make it worth paying for ........

does your son in law know much about hunting and fishing mark ??? as paying guests will want somebody who knows what they are talking about and who will be able to put them on the mark ... you will also get people who are new to the game and will be looking at the likes of your son in law to give them some helpfull tips .......
