i have been around ferets all my life mate and i have never come accross this ... i put a carcass in and they all gather around and eat i have never witnessed ferrets bullying others off the feed ... i have had up to 20 odd ferrets of differing ages and they have all just cracked on and eaten whatever has been put infront of them with no squabbles at all ........

its because the welsh are the best dogmen .. they understand the qualitys that are needed to make a dog into a worker that is a cut above the rest ... and if they look good at the same time then thats a bonus ... but in the valleys where there is f**k all to do bar work your dog you havnt time to keep shit so over the generations the weaker dogs have been sent to the rainbow bridge and the best put back to the best which is why wales has a good amount of quality dogs ..... baby food ??? minced rabbit ??? ... they are a carnivarouse animal and therefore their gut is desinged to eat MEAT WHOLE CARCASSES ..... just chuck in a rabbit pheasent hare etc .... the mother and the young will have no problems in eating it ... wild polecats weasels stoats etc dont pop down the local co-op to by baby food or minced meat ... to many pet owners on here .......

i woke up on my birthday last month to find one outside my house .... my missus had gone and bought it for me .... 03 plate full leather 63,000 on the clock £6,250 .... if the dogs are cold and wet then you dry them off with a towel and stick a jacket on them for the journey home, easy .... it soon warms up in the back of a pick up if its draft free ..........

1. yep no probs the hob will mate with the 2 jills in turn 2. they will start to come in season anytime from now untill may 3. you can leave them in the same hutch if they have been together for a while .... i have had up to 4 jills all having young in the same hutch .... remove the hob though 4. just give plenty of high protein meat ... ie rabbit etc and make sure they have plenty of water and good dry bedding ..........

my bitch is clever enough to know what is catchable and what isnt ... if a rabbit is close to a hedge she will go into stalk mode and try to get close enough for a catch but is it starts to go she wont bother trying to chase it as she knows it will be gone ... the same as rabbits playing hundereds of yards away ... she will watch them but not bother running all the way there knowing they will see her coming from miles off and be away on their toes .... she will however go after them if i send her on .... there is that much game where i hunt that if a dog didnt have the brain to know what was c

excelent snoop your reply was better than mine. i think you will find most people only have rabbiting dogs. me included. of course there are always some hot shots that have the others. some people are happy with average others may not be and rather than being a hot shot perhaps they strive to produce the best they can so if they decide to have a litter some time in the future they can hand on heart say they are producing a good class of workers

SATURDAY ........
