i have never seen a colony of ferrets ANYWHERE i think it a nice little dream the pet owners have incase one of their little babys escapes ... it will run off and live happily ever after in a ferret utopia .... para1 have look at last weeks shooting times for a pic of the most tick infested stoat i have ever seen ...

Socks, I believe that a ferret would not survive for long in the wild,and it could not rear a litter of kitts,just my opinion,I have caught many that have been running free for a time and have been covered in ticks proof to me that they don't have what it takes to look after themselves properly. i have also seen and caught a fair few ferrets that were living happily in the wild ... nice and plump and looking none the worse for wear ... obviously good working stack that found hunting for their dinner no problems ... as for ticks well they cant frontline themselves so they will get the

....we have the current london and home counties over 100 kg runner up training here....he,s off season at the mo so 4 times the size of you and twice the size of me and dont train as hard as you probably doesnt train as hard as me but is no doubt full to the hilt with growth test deca and sust ........ i cant afford to get to big as i have to be supple and mobile but strengh wise i go to the max .... at my peak i was repping 150 kgs for 4 sets of 8 reps not bad for a little 90 kg weed .........

nope this is how i train tomo ... lets say i am doing chest and my maximum is 130 kgs for 8 reps at 4 sets having to have rep 7 and 8 spotted ..... i start with an empty bar and do 60 fast presses to warm the muscles i then load on 70 kgs for a set of 12 reps ... i then load a 100kgs on for 10 reps .... these are not counted towards my sets as i class them as warm ups ....... whatever other sets i do for chest from then on are started at maximum ... for example if i then did incline press i would load the bar with 115 kgs and go straight into my 4 sets of 8 reps ...........

not training for size LOL ... when that pic was taken i was 5 foot 8 and weighed 90 kgs with 7% body fat ... and i am telling you i train to failure on every set ... evry 7th and 8th rep have to be spotted ... as for doing an hour cardio after a weights sesh thats feck all if i had more time to spare i would do longer ... you know nothing about me mate and dont know what my capabilities and fitness levels are ... i dont tell lies or try to make out i am something i am not ... i am telling you how i train whether you believe that ot not makes little difference to me ..............

(There is no man alive fit and strong enough to do 16 sets per bodypart at maximum stress) well ERM there is actually ME ........... my training regime dont seem to be doing me any harm ...........

as the heading says some struggle more than others ... tegan does not like the heat at all and being black and having a realy good coat doesnt help her at all ... even a walk of 500 meters can have her panting exesively and wanting to find shade ..... i was starting to worry that the old chest problem was starting to re emerge but all that was put to rights when i took her for a water session ..... i took her to a nearby lake and stood around 30 meters back and threw the dummy for her as far out as i could to give her a good work out so she was dashing the 30 meters swimming a good 30 to 40 me

Ok i suppose i could be like you and be an arse...but having been around a few gyms,having run 1 or 2 and eventually owning 1 or 2 suffice to say i feel no need to justify myself to you....the lads trying to get advice and if you scroll through books,gyms,the internet....or simply take advice off any seasoned lifter....nobody will tell a beginner to do 16 /20 sets to failure per bodypart 5 times per week and then go for an hours run after ....if he,s a plumber lets hope he has room in his toolbag for his intravenous drip eh !! So lets say he is benching a weight he can do for 7/8 reps at 95% intensity with a 90 second rest in between.....well thats about 30 sets if he trains for an hour per bodypart!!!.....ive been training over 30 years and couldnt do that He wants at the most 3 full heavy sets per bodypart compound movements only training to failure on each set with good form....maybe 1 last slow set with a lower weight....gradually increasing the weight every few weeks.....this in itself will be exhausting enough but with correct rest and diet will see good results...... ok lets say he is training chest

For maximum gains he still needs to train like a beginner.....not for a year like most should because he has trained before,but definately for 6 months.....1 bodypart for 1 hour will not allow the intensity needed for muscle growth...better to lift with authority for 20 minutes than go through the motions for 1 hour......no point cutting the hours of the day to allow for more rest,he needs to be eating every 3 hours,when you shorten your days to allow more rest you cut the nose off to spite the face.....2 hours per day in the gym is unecessary at his stage and if training natural will not allo

1 bodypart for an hour 5 times per week plus an hour cardio every session .....the poor lad will be starting every session exhausted from the day before !....1 hour lifting weights amounts to about 20 sets unless your having 5 minutes rest between sets !......to gain size and strength you will need to be training at a high level of intensity using heavy weight and low reps.......at the beginninners stage " rest " is the key....not more is better......a whole body workout 3 times per week of 3 sets per bodypart is sufficient at this stage.....include a little cardio and you will be in the gym

thats a good way to build muscle stamina and tone at the same time ... what you are essentialy doing is cardio work for muscles which means you can work them longer without the dreaded lactic acid build up and burn out ... its good for short burst stamina but doesnt really work the heart and lungs for long endurance exercise ... each to his own really ... train to what suites you and your sport best ........

well socks iam dissapointed ... i exspected at least two pages ... i was going to go into slow and fast twitch muscle fibres and how they work ...differing diets for different types of training what diets suite what type of training and i was going to put up a weeks diet sheet and a progresive training programme for a month ... BUT i couldnt be fecked LOL ..........

it is easy to burn fat and gain muscle at the same time it just takes a little extra time than most people have .... you need to start by going on a high protein low fat and medium carb diet and stick to it fairly rigidley secondly when you go to the gym you need to set yourself 2 hours for a training session .... use the first hour for a weight training session concentrating on just one body part ... by the time you have done taht your heart rate should be up in the fat burning zone ... if not then it wont take long to get there ..... after the weight sesh do your cardio whethe
