I wouldn't even feed him that evening, its hunger that drives animals in the wild, wolves might not eat for 3 or 4 days and its the hunger that drives the hunt ,and after running and hunting up to 5 or 6 hours and running possibly 15 miles they might make a kill if lucky, if not they do it next day,,a hungry dog is a must if you want to get the best out of him,,if you think a dog is going to drop after a few runs because hes hungry, their is something serious wrong with his everyday feed,,best of luck,, a wolf in the wild is completely different to a running dog specificaly bred to be

the only farmers that can allow you to hunt on their land is the farmers that own ''shed 1 land'' and they are very few and far between the other farmers are tennented to the MOD. and they have the say on vermin control beleave me whatever you say fella ........

we had a job on today to clear the rabbits from around the bustard pen on the plain as they are attracting predators which obviously is a no no when you are re introducing a bird back into the wild that has been missing here for many years ... it is a huge financial undertaking and the re introduction must work at all costs ... there was only me and Chalkwarren available today, and we had a lot to do ... the main bulk of rabbits were along an overgrown fence line ... we had to work within a strict time limit, that only gave us a few hours to get the job done ..... only a few pics today as we w

Myself, Phil and Adrian had the second proper outing of the season today ... no Welsh Bosnian, he wasn't allowed out to play LOL .... It was good to see Dusty, Phil's young bitch learning the ropes quickly with no fuss ... You would never have believed that she has only had 2 short ferreting trips before,and by the end of the day she was really switching on as to what is expected of a ferreting dog .... even though he refuses to admit it, Phil must have been doing some sneaky ferreting training trips with the youngster .... We decided to make a start on the season today although its a little warm still and the cover is up if you wait for the perfect conditions you will never get out ... the day started slow with normally good burys not producing that much but as the day went on it got better and better ... Chicky, the Welsh Bosnian has a new dog which is a line bred collie from ooop noorfff, and she did him proud today ... Plenty of pace, plenty of respect for the nets, and a nice calm and steady temperament ... both dogs worked well today putting in plenty of good catches ... The ferrets started to tire a little

i am not a lover of cats and never have been BUT there is no reason to torment any animal ... as hunters we pride ourselves in the quick kill and take the moral high ground agains any anti tree hugger type that calls us qruel for what we do SO in the same vain we should be seeing what this woman done as cruelty ... if that was a terrier dropped in that bin for that amount of time panicking and covered in its own shit you lot would be going nuts ... cruelty is cruelty no matter what the animal ... im have a cat in my house which is the wifes and kids so i wouldnt dream of hurting one as i know

I am near a place called pewsey in wiltshire which is a very easy drive frome bristol I have over 120,000 acres of land to ferret and I can accomodate any type of ferreting the lad finds easyest- 65 replies

right lets stop bumping and arsing about ... i am just over an hour away from you and i can give you as many rabbits as you want ... we can drive up to all the warrens big or small and he can have aq full days ferreting on me no problems ... drop me a PM and we can sort something out ... tell him to get his ferrets ready ................- 65 replies
