The problem with. Lad kegs in the winter is that even if the dog goes in damp the blankets will get wet and stay wet ... So unless you are going to change blankets twice a day they are useless ... As has been said throughout this thread vetbed is the best way to go .........

Good read that ... I have always been a fan of feeding before working the dog ( allowing digestive time obviously) and have said it on here many times ... I couldn't put a hard shift in on an empty stomach and wouldn't expect my dogs to either .......... -

Socks do you need to have the poles as thick, they obviously work, but a lighter pole would do the same job. making the set up lighter to carry. Full,of chalk and flint down here mate you can't get the thinner poles into the ground believe me I have tried ... I need the thicker more robust ones that I use ..........
