    Apart from having hobs snipped I’ve taken ferrets that needed teeth out which we’re making the gums infected. I’ve taken ferrets to have cancerous lumps removed. All have gone on to live much longer happier lives.

    Well I’m an old timer and I take my ferrets to the vets if I think it’s worth it. I only keep 100 percent workers and if I think they can be saved by a vet then it’s worth the trip.

    I was in Qatar many moons ago and it was nearly 50 degrees C at night no wind … that was rough.

    My plan was to grind all the marks and dinks off it but if I did the makers name would have been lost so I could only go so far with it. Nice new grind on the edge so it should cut nicely now.

    Heat and humidity is hell there’s only so much you can do to stay cool I will take the cold over heat any time.

    Treckogy and therm a rest do real good mats. If your going to camp in winter you need one with an R rating of at least 4 to 5.

    Get yourself a decent mat with a good R rating. Most of them now are designed where the stuff sack turns into the inflater so blowing up takes no effort at all.

    His parents were working dogs on an oz cattle ranch mate. He is from pure working lines.
