I still have a Panasonic impact driver that's still going strong after 11 years, done a serious amount of work although the rest of their range was poor.

The milwaukee stuff pisses all over that DIY ryobi stuff though, I've a fair decent bit of the m18 fuel stuff and nothing has died yet and my tools don't get treated with kid gloves.

I wasn't crabbing the 1/2 xs earlier Flacko far from it but a lot are just to cloddy or badly conditioned to be off any real use as a running dog, might have their uses and be good to look at but running wouldn't be at the forefront.

While a terrier is going walkabout in certain situations quarry will be digging on in front of it while blocking up the tubes behind it, what happens then if there is no other way to reach it? I know different types will get the same result most of the time but sometimes it just takes a headstrong determined terrier to get the job done. Like I've said before these are just my own opinions.

Totally different circumstances than the terrier doing a sheepdog trail underground, but if a terrier makes a habit of showing and looking another way in then it definitely isn't committed to being a digging dog.

Quarry will move through an earth when getting worked and sometimes end up in a pocket with others.. Its really that simple.. If a terrier is leaving one to go in search of another so it can push it to the stop.end with the other so it can work them both then that idea in my opinion is rubbish. If a terrier wants to go rambling through an earth looking for others to work instead of working what's in front it then it's only half hearted and is on its way to jacking completely. If you've seen different then that's fair enough.

My sister had something similar bird, chest infection after chest infection, on antibiotics, after 3 months tested positive for covid felt rough for a couple of days and has been right as rain since.

I can understand a young excitable dog knowing there's more than one in an earth and moving between both but for a terrier to actively move round an earth rounding quarry up into a stop and then working them all... Na not buying that one tiny bit.

What if the others won't shift, does the terrier keep moving between both and get none dug or work the easier one, does the terrier let stuff past it and work it to a stopend, how does it know which is in the stopend lol. You know what I mean. Next lads will be saying their terrier is that smart it can push stuff to the shallow end of the earth's for a easier dig. Lol.

I've seen similar situations and heard lads say the same but it's just my opinion that the terrier just doesn't want to work what's in front of it, maybe different in a young dog just learning but the 3 times that stand out to me, twice with the same terrier, both began going walkabout regularly till both eventually jacked. This is just my opinion by the way.

Isn't that just coming away?? should the bitch not of been working what was in front of her and not leaving to go walk abouts. I've seen terriers go walk about and when dug with more than 1 in the pot it's always been for the same reason.
