  3. would you really have sold the house to the local lad if the estate agent said to you the 3rd world bloke is willing to pay you 100 - 150 grand more
  4. very true arry but the local people that have owned their houses for years or who's parents have left them a property gladly take the inflated prices for these property's .it's the locals that sell out in the first place usually and who can blame them .most of the wingers are hypocritical and when selling there own property very rarely if ever say they will only sell to a local and take a hit for 100 grand
  5. i bet the polish and africans living in those rented property's were sharing a dozen mattresses in each room that's why they can afford it
  6. that's the same where i live on the llyn peninsular they have really got it in for people that have second homes and holiday cottages that they rent out in summer and are empty in winter but in reality there is no work here apart from tourism and on local wages the locals would not be able to afford these houses anyway they moan about having to leave their birthplace because they can't afford to live here but the works just not here that's the truth. 100 years ago they were boat builders, sail makers a huge herring fishing industry, farmers, quarry workers all the shops and pubs that these wor

  10. yeah i get that ,i got served by a lad in asda this week on the tills had dyed hair and one of those dangly nose rings that you would have only seen on a bull years ago ,a lad like that wouldn't last two minutes on a building site or any manual job he struggled scanning my box of lager seemed a bit heavy for him

  20. the difference is there is approx. 2000 mountain lions in Idaho, and it has 85.5 thousand square miles of forest, and they still found tracks easily compared to 12 thousand square miles of forest for the whole of the uk so according to your figures of 600 big cats there is more mountain lion and leoperd per square mile of forestry in the uk than there is in idaho by a huge margin
