From the conversation i had this morning the normal height should of been around 1000 feet ( or metres is it i dont know )for the normal route across London .......but due to the fog the pilot would of been redirected and told to go lower and be guided by visual landmarks as its too low for radar ...............then obviously because of how low and thick the fog was and how high the crane was he probably wouldnt of seen the warning light on top of the crane which by law it would have to have..........im only going on what my son in law said,he might be talking bollocks for all i know but he

Or better still a few miles east round the old kent rd and done us all a favour !! Think its landed between the 1 way system and the flower market......( right next to David Hayes gym !! )....had it landed on either at 8 o clock in the morning ............still cant believe theres only 2 deaths.

Just spoke to my son in law he used to work for Westland Helicopters he was saying the helicopter that came down was a twin engine job which doesnt have the same restrictions in terms of routes to what single engines do....and apparently they have a great safety record..........he said he,d be surprised if it wasnt a pilot error type thing rather than a mechanical fault.................time will tell i spose.

Folk have taken the piss out of me over the years for my obssession with physical fitness................reading some of the posts on this thread im f****n glad i am !!.............Sorry to hear of your problems Tuffty and others......and its always easy to be wise after the event....hence ive always gone with the saying " treat the cause not the symptoms ".

Like i say....clever matchmaking !..................On paper Thompson does look a step up.......i dont keep up with all the overseas fighters but im told Thompson is a 41 year old drastically on the slide fighting at 30 lb heavier than he was fighting at 2 years ago................but he,s had 2 losses to Klitchko so he looks a worthy opponent !!...........as a 15 fight pro it shouldnt be about putting bums on seats he should be travelling for fights in different venues different countries different styles as part of the learning process.........................but thats how the game is now Pr

If Price and his camp are talking about this fight with Tony Thompson next month as a step up in class......then he certainly aint ready for Fury ........and he,s absolutely definately not ready for David Haye !!!....this will be his 3rd opponent in his last 3 fights thats in his 40,s......his camp think its clever matchmaking......its clever matchmaking if he was going 6 or 7 rounds with them,but knocking them over in a round he,s learning nothing...............seen big punchers come unstuck like that before...............if Fury and Price met tomorrow my money would be on Fury.
